SOGGIORNO PEZZATI DANIELA
Our Family-owned inn B&B is located in historic building of 1500, second floor (no lift) new restailing year 2012, in the center of Florence in the area San Lorenzo, within 10 minute walking distance of the Santa Maria Novella train station (500 meters), Congress Palace (500 meters), Fortezza da Basso (600 meters) and the Piazza del Duomo (500 meters) and the most important museums and monuments.

#Our rooms are renew on year 2012, confortable equipped with private bathroom (with shower); quiet and bright, our rooms also have mini-refrigerators, tv color, phon, WI-FI Free, with kettle making facilities tea.

# If you have the rate with breakfast we provided in the room the tea, coffee, cappuccino with food every day.

All rooms with heating in winter and air-conditioning in summer.

In the hall you can find a microwave and maschine for express caffe for using our guestes.

We can make a reservation for the museums or for tour in Florence or in other towns.

WI-FI FREE in alla rooms.

We are in ZTL BUT you can arrive in front our place with the car, but you MUST parking the car in a garage with suitable price be tween 21 to 25 euro a day located in front our place, otherwise parking your car in the blu line in the street in about 500 to 800 meters from here and no paymant on Sunday and Holiday But in this case please not enter in ZTL.

We are present in the Soggiorno every day from 08: 30 to 13: 30 but if your arrival will be late..no problem we can make an appointment with us or we can give you the code with keyboard for enter alone, please inform us some days before..

There is no curfew as we will leave you with keys to the building so that you may come and go as you like. Managed by the owner Daniela and are assistant, the inn offers quiet and confortable accomodation.

Cancellation conditions (except for non-refundable rates)

You may cancel your booking up to 7 days before the check-in date. In the case of failure to show or late cancellation, you will be charged a penalty of 100% of the total cost of the booking

Balance to be paid at check-in
For non-refundable discounted rates, when the facility requires it, the guest must pay in advance as indicated to complete the booking. Payment is not refunded in the event of a cancellation.

Brilliant place, quiet, very central. If you have big luggage, be aware that there is no lift. Other than that, people were extremely friendly. I speak broken Italian, and the lad spoke broken English, but he made an incredible effort to provide help. Great place, great people.

Very central accommodation, all attractions are very close (5 to 15 minutes on foot). Mrs. Pezzati and her son Alex are very friendly and helpful. Parking very close (200m). All in all, the Soggiorno Pezzati Daniela is highly recommended.

Overall the stay was positive and without any kind of issue or unexpected events. Therefore, I feel comfortable recommending the property and will return if needed. The only things missing are: mosquito nets on the windows (although there is an electric anti-mosquito device in the room) and the shower tray, the absence of which causes the bathroom to flood when taking a shower.

Mrs. Daniela is a really helpful and welcoming person, the structure equipped with all the comforts fully met our expectations, the area is very central but not noisy or chaotic, close to the station, the center, and the main attractions that the city offers. La struttura si presenta esattamente come si può vedere dalle foto qui presenti. L'ambiente è profumato, pulito e molto accogliente. Si trova in pienissimo centro e in circa 4/5 minuti si arriva in piazza del Duomo. B&B molto molto silenzioso pur essendo in pieno centro, ad esempio, quando andai io c'erano i lavori stradali a circa 50 metri dal B&B ma all'interno non si sente assolutamente niente. I letti sono in memory e sono comodissimi, specialmente dopo una giornata intera per Firenze. Consiglio veramente questo B&B per un buon rapporto qualità/prezzo e per la calorosa accoglienza della proprietaria Daniela!

Struttura storica situata a pochi passi dal centro in una zona tranquilla, comoda da raggiungere a piedi. Accomodazione molto accogliente e le camere con bagno privato dispongono di tv, aria condizionata e un bollitore per una tazza di tè: praticamente non mancava nulla! La cucina dispone ampia scelta di alimenti per la colazione (c'era anche il latte di soia, per chi è intollerante come me). Gestore molto disponibile e gentile, io e la mia famiglia ci siamo trovati benissimo. Se dovessi ritrovarmi a Firenze tornerei proprio qui, lo consiglio!

Se dovete venire in macchina sappiate che la struttura Si trova in ztl, quindi o lasciate il mezzo al di fuori di questa oppure potete lasciare la macchina Nel parcheggio Sant'Orsola in via Sant'Orsola al costo di 25€ al giorno. Per il resto struttura molto comoda e situata bene vicino alle più belle attrazioni artistiche di Firenze.

Abbiamo soggiornato qui soltanto una notte perché nelle precedenti notti avevamo usufruito di una struttura presente in uno smartbox che ci era stato regalato. Da subito abbiamo notato che si trattava di un posto molto più bello, pulito e ben tenuto rispetto all'altro e ci siamo ripromessi che saremmo assolutamente tornati in futuro. Purtroppo il viaggio a Firenze tra portafogli rubato e problemi di salute vari non è stato molto piacevole, ma nonostante ciò il giorno di riposo totale che abbiam potuto godere in questa struttura, insieme anche alla gentilezza dello staff, ci hanno riscaldato il cuore. Tra l'altro la posizione è ottima e nei pressi abbiamo trovato una trattoria davvero buona! Insomma, voto 10!

Sono stata ospite di Daniela e Idania dal 22 al 26 maggio. Mi sono trovata splendidamente. La camera singola, la n. 4, in cui ho dormito per 3 notti è mignon, una bomboniera. Arredata con gusto e molto funzionale. Ma esendo piccina picciò per soggiorni più lunghi di un paio di notti, quando la stanchezza si fa sentire, meglio optare per la doppia a uso singola. Ho infatti pernottato nella camera verde (La 7/a) per gli ultimi due giorni di permanenza e ne ho tratto subito enorme giovamento. Bellissima camera, molto luminosa, ben ventilata e arredata col buon gusto della precedente. Anche il bagno è decisamente più vivibile. Daniela è stata da subito molto disponibile e gentilissima, pronta a consigliarmi per ogni esigenza. Idania è una ragazza meravigliosamente solare che regala una contagiosa allegria. Tornerò di certo da loro appena avrò la fortuna di tornare a Firenze. Grazie mille ragazze, a presto. Sarah P.

Ottima accoglienza, l'appartamento era grande, pulito ed originale. Arredato finemente e di tutto punto, con tetto e travi a vista. Situato al secondo piano senza ascensore, in una tipica casa di Firenze. Camera da letto piccolina ma letto molto grande e comodo. In cucina presenta anche un divano letto. Il bagno è discretamente grande anche se il lavandino è piuttosto piccolo (per far aprire la porta) e si rischia di bagnare il pavimento quando ci si lava. Comunque bellissimo e assolutamente da consigliare.

Siamo rimasti molto contenti. Stanza pulita, molto curata nei dettagli. Bagno piccolino, ma funzionale. A due passi dal Duomo. La signora Daniela è molto premurosa e cordiale come anche le ragazze che lavorano al suo fianco. Consiglio vivamente per chi decide di visitare per qualche giorno Firenze.

La Sig. ra Daniela gestisce questa struttura dal 1992 è stata una delle prime a Firenze ad aprire questa tipologia di ospitalità.... si avvale di alcune collaboratrici che l'aiutano nella gestione, nelle pulizie e nell'accoglienza, purtroppo non può essere sempre presente perché ha due bellissimi bambini che deve anche seguire come mamma.... potrebbe essere che in alcune occasione possiate vederla insieme a loro, perché abitando molto vicino al B&B vogliono curiosamente vedere le persone che la mamma accoglie nella loro grande casa.... Daniela è una gentilissima persona sempre disponibile ad aiutarvi, mettendovi il più possibile a vostro agio, vi può aiutare a pianificare al meglio il vostro soggiorno a Firenze...chiedete pure il suo aiuto o quello dei suoi collaboratori.... vi sentirete al sicuro....

Located in a historical building in the heart of Florence, this family owned Bed & Breakfast is a diamond in the rough. After you venture up to the 2nd floor and arrive at the Soggiorno Pezzati, one can expect to see simple, yet tasteful styled hallways decorated with colourful paintings.

This quiet and small Bed & Breakfast has six bedrooms, each with a private bathroom, that are each decorated individually and can be booked as a single, double or triple occupancy room.

Each room comes equipped with a color tv, a mini refrigerator, a tea/coffee kettle, heating in the winter, air conditioning in the summer, clean sheets and towels, and daily housekeeping.

The Soggiorno Pezzati that is owned and operated by Daniela Pezzati and her assistant who are always present from 8: 30 to 13: 00 everyday and can be present at the Bed and Breakfast after 13: 00 upon appointment. Each guest is given a set of keys that open the main door and their assigned room’s door, so there is no need for a curfew at the Soggiorno Pezzati, which allows you to enjoy the city’s nightlife at your own pace.
