Our B&B is located in our house, an Art Nouveau villa that retains all the characteristics of the time. You will find yourself in an environment from the 900, which also characterizes the decor of the rooms. Our rooms all have private bathrooms, free internet, TV. For breakfast you have a room where will find tea, coffee, milk, bread, jams and pastries. We are waiting for you.

Great stay at the B&B La Bicocca. The rooms are really nice and clean, the host gave useful recommendations to explore the city - we felt very much at home during our stay! The garden is great, and the location is also good (quiet at night and walking distance to all important sights).

Excellent all-round - the stay, and particularly having breakfast in the garden which was just lovely. We took a taxi from the airport, the journey was quick and cheap, and then went out for a beginning of holiday drink at a bar recommended by the owner. It was a lovely start to a holiday.

Très bon accueil et les hôtes sont très arrangeants. La maison est très agréable, le lit est confortable,. J’ai apprécié l’acces au jardin directement depuis ma chambre. 10 minutes en bus depuis la gare. On peut aussi accéder au centre ville à pied.

Even before reviewing the property, I feel like giving a 10++ to the owner, who not only prepares delicious cakes for breakfast but also explained and told us about Pisa with advice on what to see and where to eat. The property is in a secluded location from the center, so it's quiet, but with a 5-minute walk you are on the Lungarno and a little more in the central streets. Moreover, it's convenient for the airport, it took us 10 minutes (we were passing through Pisa to catch a flight). Simple room with the essentials and a bathroom with a shower in the room. Shared kitchen and garden where you can have breakfast and relax on the rocking chair.

Located a few steps from the historic center, La Bicocca is the ideal accommodation for those who need to spend a stay in Pisa. The possibility of using the shared kitchen allows you to manage meals independently, without necessarily having to go out for dinner every evening. The area is elegant and well served by bars and restaurants. The rooms are furnished in style and very clean, the atmosphere is cheerful to face a day of study or work... or vacation. The stay at Monica's place was fantastic. The B&B is only a 15-minute walk from the center and the university. The room was very spacious and clean, and there was plenty of space to put your things. Additionally, having access to the kitchen to cook meals (shared with other guests) was a bit like finding a home away from home. For breakfast, the choice was excellent, with fresh cakes provided regularly, croissants, coffee, milk, tea, yogurt, etc. The friendliness and warmth of the hosts was the aspect I appreciated the most, because it really felt like home for a month. And the cat Ettore was adorable! I would definitely come back to stay here if I were to return to Pisa for extended periods in the future.

Monica ha il senso dell'accoglienza, senza risultare invadente. La cucina è a disposizione degli ospiti con una grande varietà di cibo per la colazione, specie le torte fatte in casa. Inoltre è stata estremamente disponibile negli sia per il check in che per la partenza. Le stanze sono curate nell'arredo, in particolare ho trovato comodo il letto. La posizione consente di essere a pochi passi dal centro e vicini a botteghe o a luoghi utili per il lavoro come nel nostro caso.

Ho soggiornato a La Bicocca per un periodo di 6 notti trovandomi splendidamente. Il b&d, gestito da una coppia di proprietari estremamente gentile e disponibile, è situato nel centro di Pisa a circa 20 minuti a piedi dalla stazione centrale, in una zona tranquilla in prossimità (circa 200 metri) del lungarno. Le camere, dotate di bagno privato e perfettamente pulite, si trovano all'interno di una deliziosa casa d'epoca molto ben curata. Quando mi recherò di nuovo a Pisa o in una delle città vicine ci ritornerò con molto piacere.

Ottima posizione al limite dalla ZTL in prossimità del centro. Grazie alle dritte della signora Monica (il gestore) abbiamo ottimizzato la "toccata e fuga" di Pisa. Buona la ricca colazione gestita in libertà (grazie anche per questo) in una confortevole cucina affacciata su un grazioso giardino interno.

La Bicocca si trova in una casa d'epoca ben ristrutturata. Ha solo 3 camere, ognuna con un bagno privato. L'arredamento è d'epoca, molto curato. La proprietaria è molto gentile e cordiale. La stanza della colazione è carina e tutto è presentato come se fosse in famiglia. Unico problema è la difficoltà di trovare parcheggio vicino essendo tutto a pagamento e molto saturo di giorno, ma a pochi isolati di distanza ci sono parcheggi gratuiti in cui abbiamo trovato facilmente posto.

Il B&B è molto bello, un palazzo signorile al centro della città ma lontano dalla confusione. Abbiamo trovato parcheggio con molta facilità e la signora Monica è simpaticissima. Nonostante il caldo la stanza era freschissima. Poichè dovrò recarmi spesso a Pisa ci tornerò molto volentieri!

Siamo stati in questa struttura una notte, la stanza era pulita il letto molto comodo, abbiamo usato la cucina e il giardino, con dondolo e tavolo. La proprietaria è stata gentilissima abbiamo lasciato le valigie in stanza e quando siamo tornati per lasciare la chiave ci ha invitato ad usare il giardino anche per il pranzo. La sera siamo usciti a piedi e in 20 minuti eravamo alla Piazza dei Miracoli passando per il centro effettuando una piacevole passeggiata. Se torno a Pisa vorrei rialloggiare in questa struttura.

Soggiorno di due notti piacevolissimo; camera spaziosa con ogni confort, compreso un giardinetto privato con un dondolo davvero rilassante. Sono stato ospite con la mia ragazza in questa struttura per 2 notti. La struttura è abbastanza piccola ma le camera sono abbastanza spaziose anche se il lavandino è esterno al bagno, dunque si trova più o meno vicino l'ingresso della stanza. La pulizia, la cordialità dei proprietari e il rapporto qualità/prezzo i punti forti di questo B&B. La distanza dal centro e dalle principali attrazioni come la Piazza dei Miracoli (20-25min a piedi) e dalla stazione centrale di Pisa (15-20min), comunque resa meno pesante dal Lungarno (il lungomare che costeggia il fiume) che offre un panorama molto caratteristico soprattutto di sera, è un piccolo punto a sfavore, così come la colazione che seppure abbondante, non mi ha colpito particolarmente probabilmente anche per l'assenza delle "decantate" torte. Riassumendo, un ottimo B&B: tranquillo, intimo e silenzioso ed ad un ottimo prezzo, un po' distante dai principali collegamenti e attrazioni. Ci ritornerei. Voto complessivo: 7 1/2.

Soggiorno di una notte molto piacevole. A circa 1 km dalla stazione di Pisa Centrale, il B&B è situato in prossimità circa (30mt) dalla fermata dell'autobus Linea 13 (Borghetto 2). Colazione super abbondante con tutti prodotti fatti in casa. Il personale molto gentile e disponibile.

Ambiente accogliente e discreto. Camera comoda, spaziosa e accogliente. Bagno piccolo ma dotato di tutto l'occorrente, con doccia facilmente regolabile sia per il getto che per la temperatura dell'acqua. Colazione con dolci fatti in casa e marmellate e cioccolata buonissime. Proprietaria disponibile e gentilissima. Tutto perfetto!
