We are in Via Lorenzo il Magnifico 86 (Piazza Bologna) 500 meters from the metro station and 700 meters from the new Tiburtina Station in a strategic area where two subway stops you can reach all the most 'representative of the city' eternal.

We are in a period building of the '30s in an apartment completely renovated and equipped with every comfort to ensure the most' high degree of satisfaction.

Great stay in a property located near Piazza Bologna, so in a very beautiful area and well connected to the center. Good price, less than others. Breakfast could be improved but still okay. The manager was very kind and very helpful throughout. Property that I absolutely recommend.

Apart from Francesco's courtesy and the location of the house, I am truly sorry because it never happens that I give such low scores. Starting from the structure: discreet apartment but the room where my wife and I stayed appeared squalid but above all with outdated furniture, the bed very uncomfortable not to mention the very old spring mattresses. Yellowed and therefore old sheets, a mattress cover that was oversized and almost reaching the floor. 70s minimal bathroom, even without a bidet, truly absurd, it felt like being in France. The cleanliness also left much to be desired, but the most negative thing is that from the room during the four days of stay it seemed to be in a dorm, you could hear everything, the bathroom vent of the adjacent room that never turned off, the noise of the flush and more... maybe the rooms should be soundproofed if you decide to start a lodging facility properly. Then the rudeness of the people returning in the evening reigned supreme, as they would hang out at the entrance without any regard if there were other people, but this is absolutely not Francesco's fault. Finally, the exaggerated price, with these figures you can easily stay in a 4-star hotel which unfortunately was impossible to find in Rome during the period.

I stayed only one night, but I really enjoyed it. Essential, clean, splendid location, very close to 2 Metro stations (Tiburtina and Bologna) and to the Roma Tiburtina train station (5 minutes on foot). Extremely kind host, homemade breakfast.

Strategic location, close to Tiburtina station, metro and buses: easy and fast movements to the central areas. Well-served area but not noisy. The structure is very well maintained, very clean and tidy, very welcoming. Excellent reception, superb from Francesco, available for any information, attentive to the guest's needs. I could only give top marks because everything was perfect. Without a doubt, it will be my choice for future returns to Rome!

Bed and breakfast pulito, accogliente, completamente ristrutturato, arredato con gusto e dotato di tutti i comfort. Ottima la posizione, a due passi dalla fermata metro di piazza Bologna e dalla fermata del 62 che porta diretto in centro. Il titolare Francesco è davvero una persona eccezionale, gentile, attento e sempre pronto a dare consigli e suggerimenti su cosa visitare, dove mangiare ecc. Abbiamo già prenotato per la prossima permanenza romana. Consigliatissimo.

Cercavo un B&B nei pressi di Piazza Bologna e guardando le recensioni ho scelto di proposito Casa di Gio perché incontrava i miei requisiti e sopratutto per le ottime recensioni. Ma ero curioso di capire se quelle recensioni erano veritiere. Ebbene, adesso lo posso dire: lo sono tutte! Ad iniziare da Francesco che già dal primo contatto telefonico si è dimostrato molto disponibile (ad ogni richiesta aggiungevo una camera e cambiavo il periodo) e di una squisita gentilezza. Io e la mia famiglia abbiamo occupato 3 camere su 4: la Camera Lilla (bella spaziosa e con bellissimo balconcino), la camera Blu e la camera Verde tutte arredate con raro buon gusto e molto accoglienti. Tutte le camere sono dotate di un pratico e sicuro sistema elettronico di apertura/chiusura. Niente da dire sulla pulizia, anzi con elevato standard. L'angolo cucina era praticamente a nostra disposizione e lo abbiamo vissuto e apprezzato: insomma, ci è sembrato di essere a casa. Ci torneremo di sicuro. Quindi, caro Francesco: Grazie 1000 e continua così e vedrai che avrai molte soddisfazioni.

Il soggiorno presso il B&B Casa di Giò ci ha veramente soddisfatto! La casa è situata in un quartiere tranquillo e molto bello, la struttura è stata completamente rinnovata e ha camere luminose, spaziose e ben arredate, curatissime nei dettagli e con bagno privato. Il proprietario effettua la pulizia quotidianamente ed è super simpatico e disponibile per qualsiasi informazione e consiglio! Atmosfera veramente rilassante e serena, torneremo sicuramente e suggeriremo la struttura ad amici! Grazie!

Stanza pulita, gestore gentilissimo e disponibile. Inoltre il B&B è in una posizione ottima: è possibile raggiungere a piedi in pochi minuti la stazione Tiburtina, la fermata della metro Bologna oppure la fermata dell'autobus (perfino quello notturno).
