Cancellation conditions (except for non-refundable rates)

You may cancel your booking up to 7 days before the check-in date. In the case of failure to show or late cancellation, you will be charged a penalty of 100% of the total cost of the booking

For non-refundable discounted rates, when the facility requires it, the guest must pay in advance as indicated to complete the booking. Payment is not refunded in the event of a cancellation.

Outstanding, Christiano runs a super smooth establishment. It is maintained perfectly, everything is well organised and thought through. I can honestly say I have no criticism. A pool, tennis, table tennis, free bikes and Riva only a 25min walk away, what more do you need. Christiano also provided excellent local tips and advice and recommended the best restaurants we experienced in the area. He is available pretty much all the time and even dresses immaculately. We had a great time, thanks.

Molto bene organizzato, molto ordinato, tutto funzionante, il proprietario socievole e simpatico. Ben situato e risparmiato dai disaggi del traffico. Piccoli suggerimenti per migliorare ancora: manca un pezzo di immobile per posare la valigia e anche una superficie adatta per appoggiare le piccole cose personali (igienici e simile) in bagno.

The two towers take us back in time, immersing guests into countryside simplicity, yet with an air of refinement - terracotta floors and vases, wrought-iron beds, and an overall sense of ancient traditions never to be forgotten.
