We have three rooms decorated with great care in shades of red, gray and white with touches of mocha.

Cozy, beautiful place with very friendly staff and host. Rooms are clean, well equiped, with comfortable beds. Good, varied breakfast in nice kitchen with garden view. Quiet neighborhood, close to charming Navigli canals. Just 5 minute walk to M2 metro line. Gorgeous place to stay in Milan.

Mia is delightful and her place is lovely and in a great area easy walk into centre or else there’s trams and a metro station a few minutes away.

This is a charming and affordable bed & breakfast. The host is a pleasant and agreeable lady who was more than willing to offer helpful information regarding the best way to get in and out of the city centre and also advice on restaurants in the area.

We had a really nice stay at the cocoon. Unfortunately Mia, the owner wasn't there at the same time. But we had so nice contact via mail before! Instead the maid Oksana took so much care of us and was so nice. Also the B&B was in real good condition, the red room was big, clean and has a really nice view to the garden. The location, near Porta Genova and Naviglio Grande is perfect, near to the center but also quiet at night. We really liked to stay there and would come back.

A cozy nest in an evolving neighborhood. Quiet yet close to everything by metro or tram, direct access from Central Station or Cadorna. The place has a history and is an architectural success. MUDEC and Navigli are just a stone's throw away. The welcome and breakfast are up to the place. Everything was as advertised on the website.

Je recommande vivement l'établissement, très bien situé, proche du métro (ligne verte), du quartier des canaux très sympathique en soirée. Accueil charmant du propriétaire, chambre agréable et climatisée, bon petit déjeuner..tout est parfait!

Nous recherchions un hébergement à proximité des Navigli et ce fut parfait: à peine 800 m de l'artère très sympa (piétonne qui plus est) qui menait aux Navigli, moins de 10 mn à pied pour être au bord du grand canal. Grande confiance de la propriétaire, Mia, qui a laissé ses portes "grandes ouvertes" pour nous. Nous ne l'avons vue que le lendemain matin et payée seulement à ce moment. Je recommande fortement et si nous devons retourner à Milan, ce sera chez elle. A deux pas de la station Porta Genova, de nombreux trams et metro relient ce quartier au centre et autres quartiers de Milan.

Séjour parfait de 4 nuits, très agréable, au calme, proche des moyens de transports (train, métro, tram) et des restaurants. Situé tout près du quartier des Navigli. Les chambres sont joliment décorées. Mia est une hôte absolument remarquable, et vous fournira une foule d'informations. A voir absolument.

Un un endroit paisible et acceuillant dans Milan. J'ai adore le fait de se sentir quasiment a la maison et la deocration est super sympa. Merci a la demoiselle qui fait e ménage (dont je ne me souviens pas le nom) et qui a été vraiment tres gentille. Quand a Mia elle est vraiment une hote extraordinaire.

Wir waren rundum zufrieden: im Vorfeld sehr angenehme und rasche Kommunikation per Mail; sehr herzlicher Empfang vor Ort durch die Besitzerin und die Mitarbeiterin; sehr ruhige und doch zentrale Lage: mit Tram oder U-Bahn ist das Zentrum sehr gut erreichbar, zu Fuß ca. 20-30 Minuten; sehr nette Restaurants um die Ecke; schönes großes Zimmer (La rossa) - Wir kommen sicher wieder!

Der Kontakt zu Mia war kompetent und schnell. Der Aufenthalt war total entspannt, man fühlt sich wie zuhause. Die Zimmer sind wunderbar & stilvoll eingerichtet. Danke an Mia & ihrem Personal für dieses schöne Bijou in einem ruhigen Viertel, nahe dem Navigli-Quartier und dem MUDEC, 5 min. Fussweg von der U-Bahnstation Porta di Genova. Tante grazie per tutto.

Perfect location as you can reach many interesting places in the city within walking distance. In the evening, many restaurants are just a stone's throw away or in 5 minutes on foot you can reach the Navigli. Staff and owner of the B&B are very courteous. For sure, we will stay again at Cocoon B&B on our next stop in Milan.

Porta Genova neighborhood where there is a wide choice of means to visit all of Milan, just a step away from the Navigli where there is movement at all hours, modern structure with easy access at all times. I highly recommend it.

I stayed with my wife at this Cocoon B&B from the 23rd to the 25th of April and we were very happy with our choice. The structure is comfortable; it is located near the Navigli and not far from the center; public services are just a stone's throw away; the environments are clean; breakfast is good; the room is tidied up daily and the towels are changed daily; the quality/price ratio is excellent; the owner Mia and her collaborator are very kind people. Surely, if we return to Milan, we will try to book here again.

The structure is very nice and well managed, clean everywhere and everything is well thought out, you can see the hand of an architect. The cleanliness of the rooms is impeccable, and when you come back you find everything in order, better than how you left it, this is thanks to the lady who takes care of the service. The breakfast is simple but I only had coffee and delicious brioches, like the coffee. The best thing is the people who manage the Cocoon B&B, thanks to them the human relationship and the welcome are 11 out of 10. You feel at home and sleep well.

Very nice, close to the subway, clean, good breakfast with garden view. Mrs. Mia was very kind, great to come back for sure, even though with only 3 rooms it's very difficult to find them available, but we will definitely try.

It is a particular structure, well-kept in details and pleasant to live even just for one night. Close to the Navigli, but in a quiet and silent street. The person who manages it is affable, courteous, and friendly, which doesn't hurt. I think I will come back on my Milanese trips. Carla.

We stayed at this beautiful property for one night and we had a great time, the location is great, very close to the metro and a stone's throw from the navigli. The place is very quiet, peaceful away from the chaos and traffic of Milan. The landlady was very kind, friendly and very helpful to our needs. In the morning we found a delicious breakfast with a wide choice from tea to latte, yogurt, dried fruit, fruit juice all with a well-kept garden view and with a sweet and delicate fragrance of jasmine entering the kitchen. Highly recommended, we will definitely return for another beautiful and amazing weekend in Milan. Thank you for everything Mia, see you soon Lucia, Michela, Marina, and Adele.

Great location, excellent organization by the owner allowing flexible check-in and check-out. Convenient location to explore Milan. Clean and comfortable room with everything you need. Only downside is the poorly isolated bathroom in the room.

Soggiornare presso il Cocoon è stato davvero piacevole. Il nome rispecchia decisamente il luogo: entrando ci si trova avvolti in una coccola. La posizione è comodissima, a pochi passi dalla stazione di Porta Genova. Mia, la proprietaria, sempre disponibilissima e solare. Quando mi capiterà di tornare a Milano sicuramente sarà la mia prima scelta.

Ottima posizione, vicino alla Metro Linea verde. Struttura molto particolare, ristrutturata con gusto, molto piacevole. Colazione un pò troppo semplice (poca scelta) e stanza colazione poco confortevole. Peccato perché la vista sul giardino/corte è deliziosa. Nel complesso bene, da consigliare.

Zona tranquillissima e silenziosa nonostante sia a 2 passi dai Navigli e dalla metro verde Porta Genova. Pulizia e l'interior design (specie per la cura dei dettagli) credo siano la vera differenza rispetto agli altri B&B. Colazione assortita e variegata. La proprietaria poi è una persona molto disponibile. Ho prenotato 2 camere in questo B&B per alcuni miei parenti; al momento del check out non ho avuto nessuna lamentela/critica ma solo commenti positivi. Super consigliato.

Struttura bellissima, edificio industriale riqualificato magistralmente; situata in zona porta Genova, silenziosa e tranquilla a camera comoda e pulita, biancheria del bagno sempre al massimo cambio giornaliero. Tutto perfetto per soggiornare una notte. Qualche mancanza: ritengo personalmente che la presenza in struttura della proprietaria sia indispensabile per risolvere problematiche di routine tipo il riscaldamento acceso la notte senza possibilità di spegnerlo con un caldo che risulta quasi insopportabile, doccia con il soffione sporco, tv con indicazioni di accensione che non corrispondono alla giusta procedura. Ma per una notte è tutto sopportabile considerando la bella struttura di design e l'ottima posizione. Migliorabile sicuramente l'accoglienza.

Il bed and breakfast che tutti vorremmo trovare in una grande città. Il design che rallegra e non invade, pulito, quieto, ben posizionato, buona colazione, costa anche poco. Normalmente l'indirizzo me lo sarei tenuto per me o l'avrei passato a pochi amici, ma bisogna dare a Mia, solare ed ospitale, quello che le spetta. Ottimo.

Impossibile trovare un neo tutto perfetto dall'inizio alla fine. Al di là della pulizia dell'accoglienza della cordialità, un'atmosfera molto particolare nella camera e al momento della prima colazione.

Il B&B è ben arredato e accogliente, pulitissimo, con un bel giardino interno su cui si affaccia la sala colazione. Si trova a cinque minuti a piedi dalla fermata della metro e a dieci dai navigli in una zona tranquilla. Camera bianca spaziosa e romantica, molto graditi gli accappatoi. Colazione fai da tè ma completa di tutto.

Io e la mia amica ci siamo trovate molto bene in questo bed end breakfast, la signora Mia era molto gentile, le camere pulite. Se tornassi a Milano sceglierei questo posto.

B&B molto accogliente, posizionato in zona tranquilla (nessun rumore durante la notte), a pochi minuti a piedi dal Duomo. La titolare è stata gentilissima e davvero molto disponibile. Assolutamente consigliato per la vostra permanenza a Milano.

Secondo me molto buono. Ottima camera, bagno nuovo e pulito, colazione fai da te validissima. Molto tranquillo, personale cortese ma molto discreto. La posizione poi è molto vantaggiosa, a due passi dal naviglio grande.

Che dire? Una piacevolissima Sorpresa. Un nome più azzeccato per questo simpatico angolo di quiete credo non si potesse trovare: chiudi il pesante portone e dal via vai di una zona molto frequentata ti ritrovi in un mondo a parte. Carini gli ambienti, arredati con gusto e originalità dalla titolare che li ha pensati e curati personalmente, dopo una cordialissima accoglienza che ti fa sentire quasi a casa di amici la prima cosa che salta all'occhio é la pulizia. Poi é il piccolo dettaglio che ti conquista: un plico con indicazioni su locali e proposte di interesse della città si apre con una breve descrizione di come é nata l'idea di questo B&B sui generis e procede con qualche personale consiglio, non un semplice elenco impersonale. Spero in prossime occasioni di ritrovare posto e di non dover ripiegare su un albergo.

Il b&b è davvero bello, raffinato nella sua semplicità e ricercatezza. È piaciuto molto sia a me e mio marito che a nostra figlia quattordicenne. Vicinissimo ai Navigli. Stazione metro a 5 minuti. Lo consiglio assolutamente.

Il B&B Cocoon è una perla nel cuore del fashion district milanese: a due passi (di numero) dalla famosa via Tortona e a pochi metri da porta Genova (MM3-linea verde), è un'oasi di pace e tranquillità che sorprende già varcando il portone di ingresso. Il rapporto qualità prezzo, poi, è veramente ottimo: anche in questo è una rarità. Lo consiglio a chiunque passi da Milano e per qualche giorno voglia entrare in una dimensione diversa e inaspettata: io di certo ci tornerò.

Buongiorno! Questo posto è un piccolo angolo di paradiso in zona Tortona/Savona. Bellissime le stanze, il giardino e la gentilezza della padrona di casa! Sia le stanze che la sala per la prima colazione sono di ottimo gusto e molto pulite. Zona comodissima per raggiungere il centro. Lo consiglio vivamente.

Il Cocoon è stato veramente un'oasi di relax per me durante i 3 giorni di lavoro e studio trascorsi a Milano. Ho soggiornato nella camera bianca, semplicemente deliziosa, calda e accogliente arredata con gusto, niente lasciato al caso, accostamenti dei colori sempre perfetti in tutta la struttura. Colazione con vista sul giardino, un piacevolissimo inizio di giornata. La proprietaria, la signora Mia, molto solare e disponibile. Sicuramente un posto dove tornerei con molto piacere.
