Villa Sunset is the ideal place to spend your holidays between the sea, culture and leisure.
The structure has apartments, double, triple and quadruple rooms.
The apartments consist of a bedroom with a double bed and a third and fourth bed, a kitchen/living room with table/chairs and a French sofa bed (one and 1/2 square), a bathroom with shower.

The structure is furnished in a modern style, the apartments and rooms are equipped with excellent comforts: air conditioning, safe, fridge/freezer, hairdryer, microwave oven, coffee machine, kettle, bed linen and bathroom set, free Wi-Fi connection.
In the common areas you can use the swimming pool with hydromassage tub, the umbrellas and deck chairs, the external showers and toilets, the large external verandas equipped with tables, chairs and armchairs, the laundry.
Breakfast, to make it more pleasant for our customers to wake up without worries and according to the times that each prefers, our structure provides a breakfast kit every day that they will find directly in their room or apartment with various selected foods such as: coffee, tea, cappuccino, fruit juices, yoghurt, packaged foods, as well as jams, rusks, croissants, tarts, etc.
We provide our customers with a map with various information on how to reach the most beautiful and evocative beaches in the area: Fontane Bianche, Oasi del Gelsomino, San Lorenzo, the nature reserves of Cala Mosca and the Oasi di Vendicari, the Isola delle Correnti which it is the southernmost beach in Italy.
Being our structure well positioned in the place, it makes it easy for our customers to reach tourist destinations such as Syracuse, Noto, Ragusa, Modica in a few minutes and make excursions in the countryside to admire places of extraordinary beauty such as Cava Grande and the Necropolis of Pantalica.
Cancellation conditions (except for non-refundable rates)
You may cancel your booking up to 90 days before the check-in date. In the case of failure to show or late cancellation, you will be charged a penalty of 50% of the total cost of the booking
Payment terms
Balance to be paid at check-in For non-refundable discounted rates, when the facility requires it, the guest must pay in advance as indicated to complete the booking. Payment is not refunded in the event of a cancellation.

** After 6 pm, self check-in will be carried out. We will insert the keys of the apartment in a safe with a code that we will communicate before your arrival.
It is a perfect place to use as a base to enjoy the pool and garden upon returning from a trip, or before leaving. The manager (I believe Angelo) is a very courteous person, who does everything possible to make everything pleasant. The breakfast partly homemade is delicious. I recommend enjoying the sea right in front of the property, even though it has rocks instead of sand, but it's worth it and very convenient. The price is a bit high, but it seems to me that it is very difficult to find better at lower prices.
Not worth the price because it's a bit dated and it would take little to improve it. Small room under the roof without balcony and/or terrace. TV without antenna. Empty pool. Sleepless night due to a motor positioned under the window in 'orchestra' with the fridge motor. Essential breakfast with some clearly recycled products (slices of pizza and covered pizzas). More than a criticism, a suggestion because it would take little to be worth the 130 euros per night requested.
Ps. All around the desert! Dirtiness and roads full of potholes! The manager obviously has nothing to do with it but for the renowned Fontane Bianche a big disappointment.
The pool was not working despite the reassurance the day before our arrival by the manager. There was no balcony in the room, daily cleaning was not carried out, linen change only on request after 3 days. Breakfast of insufficient quality with stale croissants and savory pies.
Ottima struttura sotto ogni punto di vista. L'unico appunto che farei, è di fare almeno il cambio della biancheria visto che il prezzo che si paga non è proprio di un B&B.
Personale gentile e disponibile. Struttura bellissima e confortevole, siamo rimasti totalmente soddisfatti inoltre si mangia benissimo! Ottima colazione. Ricorderemo con molta gioia i giorni trascorsi in questa struttura e speriamo di ritornare un giorno.
Tutto perfetto, struttura da consigliare. Non era presente il titolare Angelo, ma i genitori Elio e Rosa ci hanno fatto sentire a casa e non in hotel.
Colazione super abbondante, pulizia delle camere perfetta e persone molto cordiali.
Note dolenti: Zanzare micidiali al piano terra della nostra camera (attirate dalla piscina che non usa nessuno?). Aria condizionata che non "condiziona", cassaforte non disponibile per fantomatico guasto alle schede elettroniche, colazione che, oltre a non avere il "salato", é veramente di bassa qualità.
Siamo appena tornati da un soggiorno presso il Bed & Breakfast Villa Sunset e non possiamo che ringraziare i gestori e il personale per la loro gentilezza e disponibilità. La struttura è come presentata sul sito, curata e pulita, i gestori sono realmente disponibili a venire incontro alle esigenze dei loro ospiti. Infine i luoghi sono bellissimi.

Abbiamo avuto la fortuna di soggiornare in un periodo tranquillo e abbiamo goduto in pieno di tante coccole da parte dei padroni di casa che non abbiamo mai sentito come tali ma piuttosto come genitori. È stato davvero bello e per niente retorico sentirli così "vicini". Non eravamo automuniti ma nonostante tutto non abbiamo avuto difficoltà nel muoverci in un posto molto accogliente. Ci mancano tanto papà Elio e mamma Rosa e il caro Angelo speriamo di riabbracciarli prestissimo, Antonella e Fabrizio.
