Among the 3 places I stayed at during my trip to Florence, Rome, and Naples, this was the best place. The bathroom was clean and perfect. The bed was comfortable. There were no mosquitoes in my experience and the AC worked well.

We stayed for two nights and we had a very good time. Everything as expected from the announcement, the hosts were really welcoming and the room was clean and tidy. Although it was a bit outside the center, the neighborhood was very quiet and the tram passed right by so in 10 minutes you can easily get to and from the center. If I have to find a small precaution, the front door made a bit of noise, so maybe if you come back late you risk disturbing the other rooms entering and exiting, but otherwise everything was perfect!

Comfortable structure to visit Florence. The tram stops right under the structure and in 10 minutes you are in the city center. For breakfast nearby there are quality bars and pastry shops, as well as a supermarket. A bit difficult for parking, but if you are lucky you can find it nearby. I stayed at B&B La Piazza a couple of times for study purposes. Very nice place, clean and cozy room. Close to the tram stop and very close to the university, which is easily reachable even on foot. It takes a little longer to get to the city center, but it is well connected. The managers were very helpful and kind, even when I had some unexpected events! Breakfast not provided, but I still found something to drink and eat in the room! Recommended!

I went to Florence for the Korean Film Fest and, before being there, I was searching online desperately for a place to stay because all the bed and breakfasts were full or too expensive for what they offered. I thank Google for helping me discover B&B La Piazza! It was a great choice: only 10 minutes by tram (plus a few minutes on foot) from the center of Florence, the tram station is right under the b&b; there are supermarkets and many multicultural restaurants near the property, a little market in the square, a fountain to fill water bottles. Not only is it convenient but also quiet at all hours - I often returned late at night and always walked serenely. In short, although the b&b is not actually in the center, it is very convenient and the square where it is located is quiet and inhabited by respectable people - if you want to reach the center, just take the tram for 1.50€.

Optimal location of the property and it is located in a very quiet area of Florence. There are bars, pastry shops, and other very comfortable and useful places all around B&B La Piazza where the b&b is located. The tram stop is right next to it and in 15 minutes by tram you arrive at Santa Maria Novella Station. A 10 wouldn't be enough for the owners, extremely kind and helpful. I accidentally sprained my ankle and they helped me in every way, even taking the breakfast to go and bringing it to my room (when it wouldn't be included in the stay). Large and very clean room. The bathroom is very large and beautiful. Equipped with a hairdryer, towels, toiletry set, and welcome kit. Two days, despite my little accident, spent in an excellent b&b (found a bit by chance but it was lucky). FANTASTIC quality-price ratio. I will gladly return.

I was pleasantly impressed by the furnishings, cleanliness, the very courteous and friendly managers' welcome, and the strategic location of the structure. The only downside, if I really have to find one, is that the room did not have an external view. Due to Covid restrictions, breakfast is not served, but there is a well-stocked café a few meters away. I would definitely return.

The B&B La Piazza is located in an area served by the tram, so it is easy to reach the center even without a car and is surrounded by shops, services such as tobacco shop, bar, pharmacy, pastry shop, and cinema. Nice structure. Located in Piazza Dalmazia in Florence. The room is equipped with every comfort. Excellent location near the tram stop. The area is well-served. I also greatly appreciated the honesty, availability, and kindness of the owners.

My son and I stayed two days at 'B&B La Piazza', we had a great time. The owners are very kind and helpful. The facility is new and very clean. We will definitely return there on our next trip to Florence.

B&B La Piazza near public facilities, well-structured and newly furnished. Located on one floor of a building with a helpful owner. It's a shame that breakfast couldn't be enjoyed during this period.

Ho apprezzato molto la pulizia della camera, impeccabile! La stanza è stata pulita ogni mattina. Lenzuola profumate (questa cosa non è affatto scontata!). I proprietari molto gentili e disponibili. La posizione è ottima, perché a pochi passi dalla fermata del Tram T1. Sono stata davvero soddisfatta della scelta!

Ottima struttura con camere molto belle e ben organizzate. Pulizia eccellente e colazione abbondante e varia. Si trova vicinissima alla fermata del tram che permette di arrivare nel cuore di Firenze in 10 minuti. Roberto, il gestore, è una persona simpatica e disponibilissima per ogni necessità. Io e la mia famiglia ci siamo trovati davvero molto bene. Speriamo, un giorno, di poter tornare.

Sono stata davvero bene, grazie a Roberto e Barbara che sono stati molto gentili e disponibili nell'accogliermi, venendo incontro alle mie esigenze particolari di check in e check out. Struttura vicinissima all'Ospedale Pediatrico Meyer, raggiungibile comodamente in autobus in pochi minuti. Ci sono locali attorno per cenare e negozi. Unico limite: la barriera architettonica, la lunga scala un po' faticosa da fare con il trolley.

B&b davvero bello e comodo. Le camere ben arredate e molto ordinate e pulite. Il gestore disponibilissimo e gentilissimo. Spazi comuni arredati con gusto; vista su piazza Dalmazia che é davvero graziosa. Colazione abbondante e deliziosa, con paste fresche e tanto altro. Da lodare l'attenzione per il cliente, che si ritrova anche in tante piccole accortezze. Lo terrò sicuramente come prima opzione per i miei pernottamenti a Firenze!

Questo Bed and Breakfast è veramente eccezionale, in ottima posizione sia per raggiungere il centro o la stazione coi mezzi o a piedi la struttura ospedaliera con una piacevole passeggiata di 10/15 minuti. Si affaccia su una graziosa piazzetta alberata, sotto casa ci sono un cinema, un elegante caffè concerto, negozi e ottimi ristoranti e pizzerie. L'ambiente è molto pulito e curato, nuovissimo, con stanze ben arredate, bagno spazioso e ogni comfort. Proprietario gentilissimo, ottima colazione, da consigliare a tutti!

Affacciato su una bella piazzetta alberata si trova il B&B La Piazza. Le camere sono spaziose, rinnovate di recente in un modo gradevole. Bagno ben arredato. Pulizia impeccabile. I gestori sono estremamente simpatici e cortesi. Colazione italiana con buone paste. Un'esperienza pianamente soddisfacente per chi, come noi, cerca un'atmosfera più familiare e conviviale rispetto al classico hotel.

Ottima posizione, non molto distante dalla stazione dei treni e su una piazzetta garbata dove si fermano gli autobus per Firenze SMN. Ambienti scrupolosamente puliti e curati, ospitalità squisita. Un unico suggerimento: indicare il nome corretto del B&B sul campanello !

B&B davvero carino, pulito, stanze nuovissime, in una zona di Firenze vivace a circa 15 minuti di bus dal centro e vicinissima alla zona universitaria e ospedaliera. Proprietari gentili, disponibili, garbati. Colazione ottima e abbondante. Ci tornerò senza dubbio.

La nostra recensione è molto positiva, io e mia moglie siamo rimasti molto soddisfatti dell'accoglienza che Roberto e Armando ci hanno riservato nei giorni che siamo rimasti a Firenze, dato che siamo rimasti più di una settimana il prezzo si è ridotto del 50%, (cosa molto apprezzata). Molto consigliato.
