Siamo stati accolti calorosamente da Fabian che è rimasto a nostra disposizione per qualsiasi domanda. L'appartamento era pulito, spazioso, luminoso e provvisto di tutto! La location è ottima ed eventualmente si può prendere il bus (gratuito per turisti) proprio difronte all'Hotel. A piedi si può scendere a Rasun di Sotto o intraprendere la via del Biotopo. Torneremo sicuramente!

Tutto perfetto! Abbiamo soggiornato nella struttura con nostro figlio di dieci mesi...Nonostante l'estate particolare segnata dall'emergenza covid, non ci sono stati disagi, anzi: al nostro arrivo tutto era perfettamente pulito, siamo riusciti a fare il check-in online grazie alla disponibilità del gestore Fabian e hanno accettato anche il bonus vacanza! Consigliamo assolutamente sia per famiglie che per coppie o gruppi di amici. La posizione è ottima e tutti sono accoglienti e gentili.

Very clean apartment, equipped with all appliances (microwave, coffee machine, kettle, dishwasher, fridge), complete service with towels, sheets, garbage bags, dishwasher tablets, hand soap, dish soap. Bus stop in front of the property with buses every 30 minutes. The owner is precise and available to meet customer needs.

Bellissima struttura con balcone esterno che si affaccia di fronte ad un panorama mozzafiato, pavimento in parquet e dotata di tutti i confort necessari compreso il riscaldamento, noi eravamo in 4 ed eravamo comodissimi: la cucina è dotata di tutto il necessario: tovaglia, stoviglie, bollitore, microonde, piano cottura ecc. Le due camere da letto corredate ovviamente di lenzuola pulite, coperte e piumone, nella stanza che fa da soggiorno (e camera dei ragazzi) avevamo il divano (letto) con una tv a grande schermo con lettore dvd, il bagno grande e pulito con doccia e vasca da bagno, con tutti gli asciugamani che servono + phon (addirittura la carta igienica). i mobili sono abbastanza nuovi e l'appartamento sembra ristrutturato da poco, inoltre c'è tutto il necessario per la pulizia, tipo aspirapolvere, secchi, scope e stracci. C'è da dire che stavamo quasi sempre fuori per goderci le meraviglie del posto ma al rientro era come tornare a casa nostra, il gestore Fabian è stato disponibilissimo con noi e molto gentile, ci ha dato delle dritte molto utili... che dire altro? Residence in stile tirolese. Pulizia e attenzione per gli ospiti sono la priorità! La cortesia qui è di casa e lo sa bene la Famiglia Sushster-Delussu che ci ha fatto sentire subito ben accolti! Posizione strategica per raggiungere i laghi della valle e le lunghe passeggiate di certo non mancano! Consigliato agli amanti e non della montagna che certamente se ne innamoreranno.

Bella struttura centrale con servizi e gentilezza dei proprietari veramente unici ed introvabili posto auto comodo davanti al residence consigliatissimo per famiglie con bimbi anziani etc. Valle bellissima con possibilità di raggiungere Plan de Corones, Brunico, Dobbiaco, San Candido in pochi minuti noleggio bici a rasun di sotto con pista ciclabile ottime escursioni andateci non vi pentirete.
