Cancellation conditions (except for non-refundable rates)

You may cancel your booking up to 14 days before the check-in date. In the case of failure to show or late cancellation, you will be charged a penalty of 100% of the total cost of the booking

Payment terms

Balance to be paid at check-in
For non-refundable discounted rates, when the facility requires it, the guest must pay in advance as indicated to complete the booking. Payment is not refunded in the event of a cancellation.

Rules of the house

Check-in from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM
Check-out before 10:00 AM- If you're late you may be charged for an extra night
For a booking including breakfast, breakfast is served from 7:00 AM to 12:00 PM
Municipal tax of €5.50 per person per night is applicable up to 7 consecutive days maximum. Children aged under 12 do not pay municipal tax
Only first linen change is provided
Extra towel changes, if requested, cost €4.00
Extra sheet changes, if requested, cost €6.00
Rooms are cleaned every 3 days. To allow staff to clean, we recommend leaving the room at 10:00 AM
Final cleaning is included in the price
Extra room cleaning is available at a cost of €50.00
No meal preparation allowed in rooms
No guests allowed in rooms

Other notes

It's possible to do the cancellation without any fee charged If you send a cancellation, by e-mail, at least 7 days before the date of arrival.
If you send a cancellation with less than 7 days notice, or No Show without cancellation, we are going to charge the full amount of your reservation.
In case of late arrival and\or early departure on the dates booked, the customer shall pay equally the total nights booked.

Ho trascorso 4 giorni a Firenze in occasione di Firenze Rocks ed il parere non può essere che positivo: la struttura è a poche centinaia di metri dalla sede dell'evento ed a 15=20 minuti a piedi dal Ponte Vecchio, ottima la pulizia ed il gestore, Filippo, è cordialissimo e prodigo di consigli. Mi è piaciuto anche il Borgo dove si trova la struttura (San Frediano), con tante trattorie e locali per la sera. Consigliato!

Appartamento grandissimo, molto accogliente e tranquillo. Il centro si raggiunge in pochi minuti ed è piacevole la breve distanza dall'Arno. Filippo è un ottimo padrone di casa, professionale, disponibile, preciso e simpatico.
