Cancellation conditions (except for non-refundable rates)

The penalty varies depending on the time of cancellation
- from time of booking to 16 days before the check-in date, no penalty is charged;
- from 15 to 3 days before the check-in date, you will be charged a penalty of 50% of the total cost of the booking;
- from 2 to 1 days before the check-in date, you will be charged a penalty of 100% of the total cost of the booking;
- A penalty of 100% of the entire cost of the stay is applied for failure to show or cancellation on day of arrival;

Payment terms

Balance to be paid at check-in
For non-refundable discounted rates, when the facility requires it, the guest must pay in advance as indicated to complete the booking. Payment is not refunded in the event of a cancellation.

Our stay at Casa Billi was very nice, perfect location and welcoming host. The shared bathroom was not always clean as some guests can be a bit less respectful.

Room 4 with shared bathroom very clean. The air conditioning works very well, the room is well soundproofed and the bedding is good. Very good location and friendly owner, we will come back with pleasure!

Great location and friendly host. However, beware of mosquitoes, even with the window closed we had 15 mosquitoes in one night, we got eaten alive.

Everything perfect, owner helpful, precise and very kind. The rooms are in order and clean, cozy. The strategic location, very convenient to move around on foot or by public transport. I booked for my parents and other friends, in their advanced age, 80-82 years old, they were very happy, with the premises, the location and the quality price. Thank you very much.

It was a perfect stay, the structure is equipped with all the comforts and the host is a very helpful person, takes care of his guests. The location is very central, a few steps from the center and not far from the train station.
