In the beautiful countryside of the Marche, in Tolentino, and a few miles from the historic city center is The Pheasant Farm.

We are unique in our area! Do you know why '? 'Cause we is not simple apartments or terraced houses that share the outdoor space, but the rooms and autonomous houses within the park, with its own garden and widely distant from each other.

Put in a beautiful property ' private 1800, you will stay in delightful detached houses, with exposed beams, restored according to the original form, tastefully decorated, equipped d ' air conditioning and satellite television.

Cancellation conditions (except for non-refundable rates)

You may cancel your booking up to 30 days before the check-in date. In the case of failure to show or late cancellation, the deposit or advance payment will not be refunded

Abbiamo soggiornato 9 notti nella stalletta, una deliziosa stanza fedelmente ristrutturata con ampio bagno privato, all'interno dell'edificio principale. All'esterno avevamo anche ad uso esclusivo un grande tavolino con ombrellone, sedie e sdraio privati che abbiamo utilizzato per fare colazione ammirando il meraviglioso panorama delle colline intorno. C i siamo rilassati tantissimo in questo luogo così silenzioso, lontano dai rumori e dalla frenesia. I proprietari sono stati molto discreti e gentili. Ci hanno fornito tanti apprezzati consigli su dove andare a mangiare, i paesini da visitare e dove acquistare i prodotti locali che abbiamo portato a casa al nostro ritorno. il giardino è molto curato, la piscina sempre pulitissima. La sera e al mattino soffia sempre una fresca brezza. Si dorme benissimo. La colazione viene portata la sera prima. Le misure di sicurezza per il covid sono state ampiamente rispettate. Stupendo! Per staccare e riposarsi in totale relax, vicino a mete di interesse archeologico e naturalistico immerso in un paesaggio delle colline marchigiane che toglie il fiato. E poi 2 persone come Gustavo e Daniela molto discreti ma nel momento del bisogno sempre presenti (un grosso abbraccio a loro). Chi è alla ricerca di ritrovare anche se stessi e il posto ideale.

Splendida posizione, in campagna ma molto vicino a Tolentino. Posto molto tranquillo e rilassante. Il signor Gustavo e Daniela, persone veramente squisite e alla prossima occasione torneremo ad alloggiare sicuramente.

Al B&B il podere del fagiano abbiamo ricevuto un'accoglienza magnifica da Parte di Daniela e Gustavo: gentile, disponibile e caldissima. La nostra stanza era meravigliosa, una vecchia stalla per cavalli magnificamente ristrutturata per dare un tocco di charme unico. Meraviglioso angolo di Marche dove rilassarsi a bordo piscina ammirando dei super panorami o da sfruttare come cardine per visitare i bellissimi borghi delle Marche! Perfetto anche per chi, come noi, viaggia con un amico a 4 zampe, trattato come un'ospite anche lui e riempito di attenzioni. Nei dintorni poi è pieno di prati dove farlo scorrazzare in tutta libertà!
