Description
The position of every single room is based on comfort and privacy. Precious elegant period furniture combined with a particular arrangement of space give pleasant moments of relax. The dining room is the common room where the breakfast is served in a context of old wooden tables in a comfortable area with a beautiful view of the back garden. The entrance hall is the initial meeting area where we can provide information and have conversation. It is also a pc and internet station while the wireless connection is available in every corner of the house.

Conditions

Cancellation conditions (except for non-refundable rates)

The penalty varies depending on the time of cancellation
- from time of booking to 14 days before the check-in date, no penalty is charged;
- from 13 to 5 days before the check-in date, you will be charged a penalty of 50% of the total cost of the booking;
- from 4 to 3 days before the check-in date, you will be charged a penalty of 75% of the total cost of the booking;
- from 2 to 1 days before the check-in date, you will be charged a penalty of 100% of the total cost of the booking;
- A penalty of 100% of the entire cost of the stay is applied for failure to show or cancellation on day of arrival;

For non-refundable discounted rates, when the facility requires it, the guest must pay in advance as indicated to complete the booking. Payment is not refunded in the event of a cancellation.

We had a lovely stay in this Art Nouveau building. Beautiful suite for a very accessible price. I just wished the communication had been better. The breakfast has to be taken in a nearby café, a fact we were only made aware of by a message sent in the night that we found upon waking up. The arrival instructions could have been sent before arrival. Instead we had to call. Perfectly fine when you both speak the same language, but trickier when spoken on both sides in a second language. Overall though, we are very happy with our stay. The little cons can easily be corrected in the future, I have hope they will and I do recommend this B&B:).

There are nice and large rooms, a quiet residential environment, the walk to the town is somewhat long, the breakfast in the bar nearby is excellent. Rooms might be hot in summer. Overall high quality/price balance.

Very good overall experience. Even a free parking spot in the backyard, if space available. Note that the car entrance is quite narrow so not suitable for big SUVs.

The room was beautifully decorated. However, when we arrived there were old underwear and a painter right outside all of our windows. We did not feel comfortable going to the bathroom or opening the windows or enjoying the room. Unfortunately, the host communicated only with me when I was on the airplane, creating miscommunication and never mentioned the painter or construction.

We did our best to receive you as soon as possible despite you communicated a wrong arrival time (finally you arrived more than 2 hours earlier) About workers.. they stopped working one hour after your arriving and you never saw them for the whole stay. I apologize but we frequently make small works to improve our beautiful house, I use to communicate it to guests just in case of big uneases. It wasn't your case if you arrived at the announced time. Anyway I am sorry about every dissatisfied guest.

Casa di Flora is a wonderful place to stay, the building is amazing and historic! The room is incredibly comfortable and the finish lovely. The breakfast room is really bright and airy. The hosts are really lovely people and make you feel very welcome. I would definitely recommend and would love to go back and stay again!

My wife and I stayed at the B&B for a night but we felt very welcome. The rooms are lovely in an historic building. The bathroom was state of the art and the bed was extremely comfortable. A quiet street not far from the train station and Centro with shops two blocks away. Highly recommended.

The bed and breakfast is located in a strategic area of the city from where you can easily reach the city center with bus 13, the rooms and the rest of the floor are furnished with great taste, the building hosting it, in Art Nouveau style, is truly wonderful. Congratulations!

It was the first time in Turin and we had a great time. The area was very quiet, but close to the avenues. The city center could be easily reached on foot, but if desired, public transport could be taken at nearby stops. For breakfast, we relied on the bars recommended by the property, which had incredible pastries! Much appreciated the opportunity to park inside the courtyard.

We stayed at La Casa di Flora with 4 people (2 adults, 2 children) and we had a great time. The management was very helpful regarding our requests. The apartment (Il Damien) where we stayed is well furnished with an equipped kitchen, comfortable beds, and the spaces are good, and also the room cleaning is good. The location is very convenient to visit the city, although not the center; the latter can be reached in 15-20 minutes by tram/bus. The bus stop is a few minutes along the main road, the metro is a 10-15 minute walk away. Nearby there are places for breakfast if needed or to eat. Also, just a few meters away there is a small supermarket where you can do the shopping. I highly recommend it to those traveling with children because it allows you to manage trips with children who may need to have meals at home.

Proprietari gentilissimi e disponibili! Che dire della location? Abbiamo soggiornato in un meraviglioso palazzo in stile Liberty, Comodissima la linea 13 dell'autobus che passa alle spalle del B&B e porta direttamente in centro ed il parcheggio privato! Alla prossima!

Un esperienza direi Ottima! Ambiente pulito e fornito di tutto, Wi-Fi funzionante, parcheggio interno gratuito e personale cordiale e sempre disponibile! Colazione ottima, abbondante e per tutti i gusti. Posizione ottimale, fermate tram e bus a due passi e molto vicino al centro. A mio parere uno dei B&B migliori di Torino.

Tutto perfetto. La signora della reception gentile e discreta, ci ha dato anche ottimi suggerimenti per la cena. Le stanze pulite e ben silenziose. Ottimo il posto auto e comodità del tram che arriva in centro e passa dietro alla struttura. Da consigliare.

Situato in una zona tranquilla ma un po' distante dal centro, raggiungibile facilmente con i mezzi pubblici, a piedi richiede una buona predisposizione per le passeggiate. Proprietario gentile camera spaziosa e confortevole.

Di solito sentiamo parlare della calorosa accoglienza del Sud, ma nel B&B La casa di Flora, ci si sente veramente a casa propria, grazie alla gentilezza e alla disponibilità dei proprietari e ad un arredamento delle stanze che le rendono calde ed accoglienti. Il villino è in stile Liberty, come il quartiere in cui si trova: tra il Cit Turin e il S. Donato. La strada è tranquilla ma vicina alla fermata del Tram e a tutti i negozi, bar e supermercati. In appena mezzora a piedi si arriva nel centro di Torino, in 15 minuti alla stazione Porta Susa, in caso si preferisca non usare i mezzi. La colazione è completa, soprattutto per noi italiani, manca la parte salata tanto amata dagli stranieri; cappuccino e caffè ottimi, così come i cornetti e le torte. Chi alloggia nelle suite ha a sua disposizione una bella cucina completa di tutto. Essendo un'abitazione "storica" non ha l'ascensore ed essendoci due piani si consiglia a chi magari è un po' avanti con l'età di chiedere una stanza al primo piano, soprattutto se si ha molti bagagli. Sicuramente consiglierò questa struttura per il buon rapporto qualità prezzo, per il quartiere e la vicinanza ai mezzi pubblici e per le piccole premure dei proprietari, gentili e mai invadenti.

Io e mia moglie, abbiamo trascorso un soggiorno di 5 giorni a Torino bellissimo in questo delizioso B&B, la nostra stanza era la verde, spaziosa e accogliente, con tutti i confort necessari. La prima colazione era abbondante e completa, con la signora Fabiana veramente gentile e disponibile. Consigliatissimo.

Il B&B si trova in una struttura caratteristica, in una vecchia villa liberty, di cui si sono cercati di mantenere anche gli interni. Le camere sono arredate in maniera essenziale, ma con tutto il necessario, la colazione è abbondante e decisamente buona. Decisamente comoda la possibilità del parcheggio interno, dato che si trova in una zona di posti blu. I proprietari sono molto disponibili e mai invadenti. Decisamente consigliato per chi ha in mente una sosta breve a Torino o per turisti, vista la relativa vicinanza al centro, a cui è ben collegato dai mezzi).

B&B situato in zona tranquilla poco fuori il centro di Torino raggiungibile con i mezzi pubblici in 5 minuti. Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo. Siamo stati una sola notte alla Casa di Flora e ci siamo trovati benissimo. Abbiamo soggiornato 2 notti e ci siamo trovati benissimo. I gestori gentili e disponibili ma assolutamente non invadenti, la posizione strategica, in pochi minuti a piedi si raggiunge piazza Castello e quindi il centro. Perfino nostro figlio (tredicenne e quindi un po' criticone) è stato positivamente colpito dalla cordialità con cui siamo stati ospitati. Non ci resta che tornare e speriamo presto.

Preannuncio che è un ritorno in questa struttura e già questo sta a significare che mi ero trovato bene. Ma dovete sapere che se vi serve una struttura di charme, in centro o quantomeno vicino al centro che vi dia la possibilità di andare da qualsiasi parte, o con i mezzi o con l'auto, a parer mio è la struttura ideale. Inoltre i titolari sono gentilissimi e qualsiasi cosa aveste bisogno sarete in buone mani. Garage o posto macchina protetto da cancello automatico, wi-fi che oggi come oggi sono molto apprezzati e non tutti i B&B li offrono. Pertanto ve la consiglio caldamente.

Il soggiorno alla meravigliosa Casa di Flora, è stato piacevolissimo, la posizione è molto buona, zona tranquilla ma a una decina di minuti a piedi da piazza Statuto abbiamo alloggiato nella stanza rossa, che ci ha stupito per la bellezza. Ottima la colazione, preparata con garbo. Fabiana e Maurizio (ai quali facciamo veramente tanto auguri) ti accolgono con un sorriso e sono veramente molto disponibili e gentili. Noi torneremo di sicuro e chissà, magari troveremo anche Livia.

Abbiamo soggiornato nella suite blu ed è davvero carina e spaziosa. Pulizia ottima. Non è vicinissimo al centro ma con i mezzi ci si arriva in 10 minuti. Il parcheggio privato è decisamente comodo in una città dove di parcheggio se ne trova poco. I proprietari sono gentilissimi e molto disponibili. Assolutamente consigliato. Se dovessi tornare a Torino sicuramente sceglierei ancora questo B&B.

Posizione perfetta, facile da raggiungere in auto - che poi può restare nel parcheggio privato - vicinissima al centro e ben servita dai mezzi. Camera deliziosa e spaziosa, bagno nuovo e comodissimo. Gestori giovani e gentilissimi, prodighi di informazioni, ci hanno permesso di tenere l'auto nel parcheggio anche diverse ore dopo che avevamo fatto il check-out. Unico neo, per colazione oltre ai dolcetti non avrebbero guastato 2 brioches. Ma è proprio un cercare il pelo nell'uovo. Se, come spero, torneremo a Torino in primavera, cercheremo di prenotare senz'altro ancora qui.

Davvero un bed&breakfast di buonissimo livello, standard europei direi! Molto bella la struttura sia in termini di architettura che di design interno. Le camere sono davvero pulite e molto ben arredate ed organizzate (manca solo una tapparella nel bagno, un po' voyeurista). Ottima l'accoglienza e la gentilezza dei titolari e la disponibilità alle varie richieste. Il B&B ha un parcheggio privato dove poter lasciare la macchina ed è molto vicino al centro, in 5 minuti a piedi si raggiunge Piazza Statuto. Da segnarselo per ogni evento a Torino, comprese le partite allo Juventus Stadium! Strategico.

Ho soggiornato al B&B La Casa di Flora 10 giorni ed ho avuto modo di conoscere un po' più da vicino Maurizio e la sua compagna Fabiana. Sono due persone fantastiche, gentili, sempre disponibili e accomodanti. La struttura è bella, pulita, molto curata ed in posizione ottima: 2 minuti a piedi al tram, 10 min dalla metro ed il centro è raggiungibile anche a piedi facendo una bella passeggiata. C'è poi la possibilità di avere il parcheggio compreso nel prezzo così come il wifi in camera. Che dire di più? La prossima volta che andrò a Torino soggiornerò di sicuro al B&B La Casa di Flora!!!
