Description
Located in close contact with Piazza dei Miracoli, the B&B Il Campanile does not offer the usual small room with bathroom, but a very comfortable stay in a big Suite, multi-equipped. In particular there are private bathroom and kitchenette.

Breakfast is personalized and is presented directly in the Suite.

The owners live upstairs and are always available for every need in particular in the presence of children and the elderly.

Cancellation conditions (except for non-refundable rates)

The penalty varies depending on the time of cancellation
- from time of booking to 14 days before the check-in date, no penalty is charged;
- from 13 to 1 days before the check-in date, you will be charged a penalty of 30% of the total cost of the booking;
- A penalty of 100% of the entire cost of the stay is applied for failure to show or cancellation on day of arrival;

Balance to be paid at check-in
For non-refundable discounted rates, when the facility requires it, the guest must pay in advance as indicated to complete the booking. Payment is not refunded in the event of a cancellation.

Excelente lugar literalmente al lado de la Torre de Pisa, muy bien atendidos y la habitación comoda y extremadamente limpia. Acceso por escalera. Altamente recomendable por la ubicación, calidad y atención de sus dueños.

In sintesi: ambiente pulito, camera spaziosa, stile retró migliorabile ma piacevole, a pochi metri dalla torre, i proprietari ti mettono a tuo agio e sei praticamente indipendente. Al bisogno sono stati subito a disposizione. Prezzo ragionevole. Non abbiamo usufruito della colazione. Lo ritengo valido anche per un eventuale prossimo week end.

Siamo rimasti soddisfatti, consigliato. Prezzo adeguato alla struttura, non abbiamo fatto colazione perché ritengo fosse un poco costosa (7€ a persona). Da apprezzare il silenzio e il canto degli uccellini nel piccolo giardino.

A due passi dalla Torre, camera accogliente, riservata, pulita e dotata di ogni confort, colazione abbondantissima servita in camera e soprattutto la cortesia, gentilezza ed attenzione della proprietaria.

Noi abbiamo soggiornato nella Suite Mezzogiorno; la gentile Alessandra vi ospita in locali spaziosi, ben arredati, puliti e dotati di molti servizi (WiFi gratuito, phon, aria condizionata, TV, angolo cucina, bagno spazioso, buona dotazione di asciugamani). A poche centinaia di metri ci sono parcheggi a pagamento (vicino allo stadio o vicino a Campo dei Miracoli), si può chiedere il permesso per entrare nella zona a traffico limitato (consiglio eventualmente di contattare prima per dare il numero di targa) e parcheggiare vicino al B&B a 8€ al giorno; noi abbiamo parcheggiato al parcheggio in via Alberto Paparelli, gratuito, ma attenzione, il mercoledì e il sabato fanno il mercato. Ricca colazione. C'è anche un bel giardinetto interno con tavolo da ping pong (ci sono anche racchette e palline), tavolo da scacchi e comode sedie sdraio per rilassarsi. Soggiornare a pochi metri da Campo dei Miracoli è stata una esperienza indimenticabile per me e per la mia famiglia, molto bello vedere dalla finestra la piazza antistante la torre animarsi, lentamente, di turisti e venditori. Spero di trovare ancora posto per la prossima volta.

B&b veramente molto carino e comodissimo con il centro della città in quanto è nella piazza principale adiacente la torre di Pisa, camere molto confortevoli spaziose e pulite, i proprietari due persone squisite e disponibili ad ogni necessità, colazione molto ricca e varia.

Le ragioni del mio lungo soggiorno nella suite "Mezzogiorno" non erano certo di svago. Ma la strategica e incantevole posizione della struttura, insieme alla signorilità dei signori gestori del Campanile, hanno reso questo periodo davvero piacevole. Lo consiglio a chiunque voglia, o debba, fermarsi a Pisa.

Siamo stati una sola notte, ci siamo trovati molto, a due passi dalla Torre, la colazione era buona e abbondante, i proprietari gentili, unico problema le zanzare! Non ce le aspettavamo in dicembre!

Siamo stati accolti cordialmente in un ambiente gradevole e confortevole. Le stanze sono comode e spaziose, il bagno ordinato e pulito. Colazione abbondante, varia e gustosa. La posizione, centralissima ma tranquilla, è l'ideale per la visita alla città e per viaggi di lavoro.

Uno di quei posti che vale la pena di ricordare e consigliare ad amici e parenti. All'ombra della torre, bellissima casa storica, pulita ordinata e ben arredata. Persone squisite e cortesi. Riposo tranquillo senza nessun tipo di disturbo notturno. Camere fantastiche. Ottimo, peccato non essere rimasto più tempo.
