The property is located at a 10 minutes walk from the historic center of Peschiera de Garda.. Rooms are clean and comfortable and include a private barthroom, A/C, TV, small fridge and Wifi. Car park is available in front of the property (free). Breakfast is served at re restaurant (approx. 800 m) from the property. A nice place to return.

It's a good place actually. Very clean. But the breakfast is not in the same place and you have to walk around 15 minutes to the restaurant. There is no any reception. Before our stay there they told us that there is reception till 15:00. We reached the house around 14: 30 and there wasn't anyone. The only option was to call the owner to give us a code for the safety box with the keys.

Wir hatten einen super Aufenthalt und ich habe bisher nirgendwo so gut geschlafen! Alles super und die Leute sind auch sehr nett! Das Frühstück wurde mit viel liebe im eigenen Restaurant am Tisch serviert und wir wurden sehr aufmerksam bedient. Für ein B&B aber meiner Meinung nach relativ teuer, da es ja nicht direkt in der Stadt ist. Das ist mein einziger Kritikpunkt! Ansonsten waren wir sehr zufrieden und kommen wenn wir auf der Ecke sind gerne wieder.

Das Zimmer war sehr sauber und wurde täglich gereinigt. Für italienische Verhältnisse wurde ein sehr umfangreiches und leckeres Frühstück serviert. Ansprechpartner bzw. Betreiber waren sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Die Lage der Zimmer ist in einem Wohngebiet etwas Abseits der Innenstadt, die aber in ca. 5-10 Gehminuten erreichbar ist. Das Frühstück wird in der dazugehörigen Pizzeria/Restaurant serviert. Eine klare Empfehlung.

Preis top, Leisung top! Nach unserem 5 tägigen Aufenthalt in Peschiera kann ich diese Pension nur empfehlen. Die Zimmer befinden sich im Erdgeschoss eines Hauses. Wir hatten einen Raum für 2 Personen mit Doppelbett, einer Klimaanlage, TV, kleinem Kühlschrank und eigenem, kostenlosen WLAN. Frühstück gibt es von 8 - 10 Uhr und täglich ab ca. 10: 30 kommt der Putzdienst und reinigt sehr gründlich. Zum Frühstück muss man allerdings gut 10 min laufen oder 2 min mit dem Auto fahren. Im Bad gibt es eine Dusche, Waschbecken, ein Bidet, Klo und eine Heizung. Auch wird immer sauber gemacht und auf Wunsch bekommt man täglich neue Handtücher. Die Betreiber sind auch sehr nett und offen. Gerne wieder.

Great value for money. The property is very convenient for the center and for visiting other places on the lake. We found only one extra pillow (we were three), the non-gas refrigerator is of very poor quality. The room is small and the communicating door with the adjacent room (we were not informed at the time of booking) does not guarantee privacy. The price of €180.00 for 2 nights, excluding breakfast, is high for this structure.

Buongiorno Gentile Alessandro, Ringraziamo per la sua opinione molto importante per noi, siamo molto grati che abbiate apprezzato la pulizia a cui teniamo particolarmente. In merito al cuscino in più, è uno solo poiché se ne mettessimo uno per ogni persona occuperebbe tutto l'armadio e spesso lo spazio per riporre le cose è maggiormente gradito, non tutti hanno bisogno di cuscini in più, dunque se necessario può essere richiesto. Il minifrigo presente in camera è una tipologia di frigo da hotel e come tale non può avere le stesse prestazioni di un normale frigo "da casa", è compatto e pratico per chi lo usa per vacanze di qualche giorno, ha la possibilità di modificare i gradi se lo si vuole più o meno freddo, ma se ci fosse stato qualche problema avremmo potuto verificare dopo una sua chiamata. Poiché la Vs camera era come tutte le altre a uso privato e con entrata privata vorremo chiarire per chi ci legge che la stanza adiacente a cui vi riferite è un corridoio ad uso esclusivo vostro. Probabilemente c'è stata un incomprensione facilmente risolvibile con un colpo di telefono o un messaggio al nostro numero. Per quanto riguarda il prezzo da voi comunicato nella recensione specifichiamo a cosa si riferisce, infatti siete stati nostri ospiti in 3 persone per due notti nel ponte del 2 giugno, calcoli alla mano sono €30 a persona in camera privata con bagno privato, ogni servizio essenziale, parcheggio privato, 500 metri dal centro storico di Peschiera del Garda etc Speriamo in ogni caso di avere l'opportunità di riavervi come ospiti in modo da garantirvi cuscini in più e ogni informazione che vi sarà utile a tutelare la Vostra privacy. We stayed last weekend and, in addition to the impeccable cleanliness and the kindness of the owners, everything was perfect and in order. The room is very nice and the possibility of having a restaurant a stone's throw from the room is great. I didn't like that no one was present upon our arrival and we were given a combination to get the key and the lack of windows in the room which causes a stale smell that welcomed us. We stayed in three (some nights in 4) for two weeks in August 2022. The 2 owners are two very very very welcoming and kind brothers. They always met our every need, from the silliest to the most complex. The cleaning service is excellent, apart from a few minor incidents independent of the owners. The small inconveniences were always promptly resolved! Truly excellent all around! The only tiny regret concerns the restaurant, about 400/500 meters away from the b&b, with slightly limited hours for those who want a vacation with relaxed schedules (we never managed to go for lunch or breakfast). The kindness of the owners Paola and Gianantonio was exquisite! Thank you very much for making our stay splendid! A suggestion? A few more tips and some brochures on tourist itineraries. Management, all in all, efficient despite some significant delays in responding via WhatsApp to some requests. Breakfast sufficient given the price: to review the quality of the croissants served and found already on the table before arrival, and therefore available to flies. Spacious room, clean but closed, lacking a view except for the entrance door, for which not even a mosquito net has been considered, so you are forced to stay shut in the room... Suffocating. Recommended for accommodating guys but not for families.

Stanza situata a piano terra quindi con un'unica finestra/ingresso che non si può tenere aperta perché non dotata di tenda, per fortuna c'è l'aria condizionata. Pulizia camera un pò superficiale, soprattutto sul termoarredo sito in bagno, con polvere, essendo l'unico appoggio di tutti i teli/asciugamani. Occhio a non uscire dalla camera oltre le 10. 30 (10. 39) non verrà sistemata. Non consigliata per un soggiorno prolungato.

Colazione ricca e ottima, proprietario gentilissimo, idem lo staff soprattutto la signora che ci ha accolto di una gentilezza unica. Rapporto qualità/prezzo ottimo. Abbiamo soggiornato 5 notti ad un prezzo veramente conveniente. 8/10 minuti dal centro, quindi vicinissimo. Il ristorante dove veniva offerta anche la colazione molto carino e cucina ottima.

Posto molto tranquillo a 5 min dal centro di Peschiera. Camera spaziosa pulizie da migliorare. La colazione al ristorante è stata perfetta abbondante e completa. Il proprietario una persona molto molto gentile e disponibile. Nel complesso ci siamo trovati bene.

È la prima volta che soggiorniamo in questa struttura ci siamo trovati benissimo stanze pulite, disponibilità dei gestori, comodità di parcheggio. Ottima la possibilità di pranzare o cenare presso il Ristorante le Terrazze dove il personale è accogliente e cortese, pronti a soddisfare ogni richiesta con un ampia varietà di piatti con l incentivo di usufruire di uno sconto per i clienti del B&B. Consiglio a tutti. Grazie a tutto lo staff.

Tutto bene a parte i soliti clienti della stanza a fianco che hanno tenuto acceso la tv tutta la notte. Sarebbe meglio far presente che dopo una certa ora bisognerebbe quasi azzerare il volume. Per il resto tutto ok.

Bella camera spaziosa, con giardinetto in cui riposarsi, molto pulito. Buona colazione al ristorante, non troppo vicino a piedi se si hanno bambini o anziani, ma facilmente raggiungibile in auto.

The property is very clean, the hosts are very friendly and don't disturb you at all. The hotel is located in a nice and quiet area, not far away from the city centre. The distance between the property and the railway station is about 2 km. The house does have a tiny garden, where you can relax with a glass of prosecco in your hand. In the morning, on your way to the city centre, you can stop by and eat a delicious breakfast at the "La Terrazza" tavern. Last but not least, I have to mention that the price was very good. I warmly recommend it to anyone passing by.

Ottimo rapporto qualità/prezzo, parcheggio riservato davanti alla struttura, comodo, vicino al centro di Peschiera e lago. Facile arrivare e non essendo vicino ma non in centro, comodo anche per trovare parcheggio in zone limitrofe alla struttura.

I gestori sono gentilissimi e disponibili. Il prezzo è ottimo per la pulizia e la posizione. Vicinissimo al centro infatti. La colazione è al ristorante di loro proprietà a due passi. Abbondante e ben rifornita. Una menzione particolare al ristorante. Abbiamo cenato una sera ed è stato superiore alle aspettative. Puntano sul pesce e fanno bene. Qualità ottima e servizio attento e mai invasivo. Consigliato.

Un séjour très agréable dans ce B&B avec une place de parking ce qui est très appréciable. Nous avons été très bien accueillis. Il faut prendre le petit déjeuner à quelques minutes à pied et le restaurant propose des spécialités de poissons et fruits de mer délicieuses.

Sono andato con un amico a Peschiera del Garda per qualche giorno. Felicissimo della scelta fatta. Ottima posizione leggermente fuori dal centro ma a pochissimi minuti a piedi. Parcheggio privato. Pulizia ottima. Piccola barriera architettonica di qualche scalino per arrivare alla camera. Unico inconveniente è che la colazione dovete andarla a fare al ristorante dei gestori. Sempre qualche minuto a piedi. Nonostante ciò colazione ottima abbondante, potete richiedere il bis senza problemi. Il personale è gentilissimo e disponibile.

Ottima posizione per chi vuole visitare il basso lago di Garda. la camera è nuova spaziosa e ben arredata completa di tv condizionatore. bagno con doccia. I gestori sono molto gentili e disponibili. Colazione ottima e viene servita nel ristorante di proprietà dove è consigliabile anche cenare con qualità e prezzi ottimi. Parcheggio privato davanti la struttura.

Ho soggiornato una notte in questa struttura in quanto ero di passaggio per lavoro. La stanza e la struttura erano estremamente curate e assolutamente pulite, a ciò si aggiunge la grande cortesia del gestore e la posizione comoda per raggiungere a piedi il lago. Anche prezzo è stato ragionevole per la stagione e comunque più interessante della concorrenza sul posto. Consiglio quindi caldamente questo ottimo B&B.

La struttura composta da singoli appartamentini, si trova a 5 minuti dalla stazione di Peschiera del Garda. Facilmente raggiungibile in auto. Il servizio di pulizia offerto è più che buono, solo qualche ristagno di polvere sotto il letto ma non molto evidente. Il gestore è disponibilissimo a qualsiasi problema che può capitare durante il soggiorno. Un rapporto qualità prezzo abbastanza elevato. Giudizio generale molto buono. Consigliato!

La camere sono piccole, posizionate in una bella zona silenziosa abbondante colazione e i menu convenzionati sono cucinati bene e abbondanti molto gentile il titolare soddisfatto anche per il prezzo.

Le camere sono decorose posizionate in una zona molto silenziosa e abbastanza vicine al ristorante e al centro. Il gestore è molto disponibile e gentilissimo. I pasti sono ben cucinati e abbondanti. Il soggiorno è stato piacevole e confortevole e pertanto mi ritengo soddisfatto anche per il rapporto qualità-prezzo.

Il titolare è cordialissimo e disponibilissimo. Le camere sono dislocate a 500 mt dal ristorante, ma facilmente raggiungibili a piedi. I menù convenzionati sono abbondanti e ben cucinati. Le camere accoglienti, presenza di frigobar e condizionatore-tv. Praticamente ottimo per piccole famiglie e per soggiorni non lunghi. Rispettate totalmente le mie aspettative- qualità -prezzo buono.
