Environmentally oriented Bed and Breakfast, with garden in Milan, B&B D'ÉCO MILANO is an environmentally oriented structure, located in a quiet villa exquisitely furnished and surrounded by greenery, in the residential area of Milan-Niguarda.

At the first floor, with independent access, are available for guests: two bedrooms with private bathroom, fully equipped kitchen, living room, entertainment room with wide screen flat TV, terrace and garden.

The service includes continental breakfast, with organic food, served in a dedicated room. Daily cleaning of the bathroom; change of bed linen and towels.

Cancellation conditions (except for non-refundable rates)

You may cancel your booking up to 15 days before the check-in date. In the case of failure to show or late cancellation, you will be charged a penalty of 30% of the total cost of the booking

For non-refundable discounted rates, when the facility requires it, the guest must pay in advance as indicated to complete the booking. Payment is not refunded in the event of a cancellation.

Il gestore ha preteso il saldo on line e non al check-in. La struttura risultava non igienizzata, è stata lasciata una spugna tutta nera in cucina e i rifiuti del cliente precedente che giacevano ancora nei sacchetti da 1 mese. Cuscino e federa ingialliti di sudore e materasso con macchia. Cucina non pulita perfettamente, macchinetta ancora con spruzzo da caffe. La signora non vuole restituirmi i giorni in cui non ho alloggiato. La signora e' una codarda , trasmettero' tutte le foto in mio possesso . La signora e' una codarda, almeno ammettere ogni tanto quando si sbaglia . La struttura era chiusa da tempo ed evidentemente poco igienizzata

Intendiamo segnalare questa brutta esperienza agli Ospiti ed ai Gestori di altre strutture. Il B&B D'ÈCO MILANO è attivo nell'ospitalità da oltre undici anni, con impegno costante ed attento a soddisfare ed anticipare le esigenze dei nostri Ospiti, nel rispetto della normativa vigente. L'emergenza sanitaria che stiamo vivendo ci ha portati ad aumentare le misure di igiene, attenendoci ai protocolli di sanificazione suggeriti dall'OMS e dalle associazioni alberghiere, e i nostri sistemi di riposo sono sottoposti ad ogni partenza degli ospiti alla sterilizzazione. In questo difficile periodo, riceviamo con piacere una richiesta di prenotazione per 30 giorni da parte di una residente della zona che deve effettuare dei lavori presso il proprio domicilio. Ricevuto il preventivo, la Cliente chiede di poter fruire della tariffa con pagamento anticipato non rimborsabile, così da aver accesso al massimo sconto; adducendo a problemi di pagamento, versa però solo un acconto e soltanto a seguito di vari solleciti salda l'importo concordato. Viene quindi accolta presso il Bed and Breakfast, ma lamentando ragioni di igiene lascia anticipatamente la Struttura, dopo soli cinque giorni di soggiorno. Arrivando in sede per la pulizia, oltre alle condizioni in cui versavano il locali, riscontriamo la mancanza di alcune dotazioni, oltre che delle chiavi di accesso alla struttura, al momento non ancora pervenuteci, ragioni per le quali abbiamo sporto denuncia alle autorità competenti e provveduto alla sostituzione delle serrature. Una brutta esperienza, tra tante felici e di amicizia coi nostri Ospiti, che hanno allietato questi anni di lavoro, che ci auguriamo possa riprendere al più presto! Un cordiale saluto ed auguri di buon 2021. La Direzione.

Siamo arrivati a Milano Centrale alle 9 di mattina e la proprietaria è stata così gentile da farci fare il check in in anticipo! (era previsto alle 15) Se non si vuole fare 10 minuti a piedi fino alla metro lilla, la casa è vicino alla fermata dell'autobus 51 e 52 che passano in continuazione e vi portano facilmente ovunque per Milano. Stanza immacolata, camera da letto con climatizzatore, quartiere silenziosissimo e ampi parcheggi! Unica pecca, che in realtà non si può nemmeno considerare tale: il vetro della doccia rimane fisso, quindi se non ci prestate un minimo di attenzione, rischiate di far fuoriuscire un po' d'acqua. Grazie alla presenza del terrazzino, sono riuscito anche ad allenarmi nelle ore più fresche. Tirando le somme consiglio sicuramente il B&b sia per l'accoglienza che per la comodità!

Posizione e modalità di accoglienza mirano a questo, così come al comfort e al relax, con il nuovo condizionatore nelle camere, la terrazza con affaccio sul giardino e il Parco Nord che ci circonda. Il cristallo doccia fisso della camera Comfort è stata una scelta dal design pulito, che dona maggior respiro al bagno: qualche spruzzo è assolutamente ammesso. Ambiente decoroso e pulito e ottimo rapporto qualità/prezzo, gestore gentile e disponibile, ci ritornerò. Il B&B è vicino al Parco Nord che è una delle aree verdi più grande di Milano.

Antistante la struttura si trova una fermata del trasporto pubblico con servizio 24h ed ampio parcheggio gratuito, mentre negozi e supermercati sono nelle immediate vicinanze. Per le lunghe permanenze sono a disposizione la cucina completamente attrezzata, flessibilità di accesso, una sala per studio, lavoro e relax, a tariffe agevolate. Siamo stati una notte ospiti di questo B&B e siamo rimasti soddisfatti! Posizione ottima per raggiungere sia l'ospedale Galeazzi sia il Niguarda, molto vicino alla linea degli autobus per poter raggiungere le varie metro o direttamente il centro. Proprietaria gentilissima, cordiale e disponibile. Camera tripla molto grande con bagno privato molto carino, tutto molto ordinato e pulito. Ve lo consiglio!

Atmosfera retrò, appartamento curato in un posto super tranquillo. La signora Giorgi, carinissima, a colazione mi ha fatto trovare una torta fatta da lei, dato che registrando i documenti si è accorta che il mattino dopo sarebbe stato il mio compleanno! lo lo consiglio, ma per arrivarci usate la linea MM5 (viola), uscita Bicocca. Si fa prima che con altri mezzi.

La signora che gestiva il B&B è stata davvero premurosa e gentile. Colazione ottima con ampia scelta. Il B&B non è in posizione centrale ma grazie alle metro (linea M5) o al tram 4 è stato abbastanza semplice raggiungere la struttura anche in orario notturno (mezzonotte se si vuole fare un giro in centro). Mancavano shampo e bagnoschiuma nella doccia, ma la pulizia delle stanze/asciugamani/lenzuola era eccellente. Grazie per l'ospitalità!
