Description
The B&B Piazza del Popolo is located in the heart of Ascoli Piceno, known as the city of 100 towers. It has three bedrooms, with the possibility of adding a cot for free or a bed (with a small charge), each with its own bathroom, where you will find a complimentary toiletries. The B&B offers guests the use of the kitchen during the stay and a breakfast room where you can relax back from your walks, consulting historical books of Ascoli, sipping a drink that can make any time of the day.

Cancellation conditions (except for non-refundable rates)

You may cancel your booking up to 7 days before the check-in date. In the case of failure to show or late cancellation, you will be charged for one night’s stay

Payment terms

Balance to be paid at check-in
For non-refundable discounted rates, when the facility requires it, the guest must pay in advance as indicated to complete the booking. Payment is not refunded in the event of a cancellation.

The place deserves for its beauty and for being in an absolutely central position in the city. The breakfast included in the price was certainly very appreciated, for the location (bar in front of the Theater) and for the quality. But if I were the owner, I would propose the breakfast at the B&B, in the beautiful and welcoming little room. It would be a certainly good and genuine breakfast, which would allow to live even more the experience of the stay, already definitely positive and comfortable. If we ever return to Ascoli Piceno, it will certainly be the B&B that I will contact.

The B & B is located in a pedestrian street just behind Piazza del Popolo, city lounge. For parking for our guests we have signed an agreement daily. You can decide whether to use them even by time of arrival. The BB People's Square is the perfect place to visit the city, allowing you to return for a stopover while remaining in the center.
