The Ricciolina is a new residence, consisting of ten spacious apartments, excellent for a pleasant stay in Verona for business or pleasure.

Ideal starting point to visit the city of Verona and Lake Garda (Verona Sud motorway exit). The Residence of Ricciolina offers easy access to the Policlinico "GB Rossi" Borgo Roma (1km), Verona Exhibition Centre (2km).

The Ricciolina is an optimal alternative for families and groups looking for a comfortable environment, in the privacy of their own homes.

Conditions

Cancellation conditions (except for non-refundable rates)

You may cancel your booking up to 7 days before the check-in date. In the case of failure to show or late cancellation, you will be charged a penalty of 30% of the total cost of the booking

Payment terms

Balance to be paid at check-in
For non-refundable discounted rates, when the facility requires it, the guest must pay in advance as indicated to complete the booking. Payment is not refunded in the event of a cancellation.

Rules of the house

Check-in from 2:30 PM to 8:00 PM
Check-out before 10:00 AM- If you're late you may be charged for an extra night
For a booking including breakfast, breakfast is served from 9:30 AM to 10:30 AM
Municipal tax of €1.50 per person per night is applicable up to 5 consecutive days maximum. Children aged under 14 do not pay municipal tax
Fresh towels every 3 days
Fresh sheets every 7 days
Extra towel changes, if requested, cost €8.00

Rooms are cleaned every 7 days. To allow staff to clean, we recommend leaving the room at 9:30 AM
Final cleaning is included in the price
Extra room cleaning is available at a cost of €15.00

Io e la mia famiglia abbiamo soggiornato questa settimana nella struttura e ci siamo sentiti come a casa. La struttura è nuova, con appartamenti confortevoli e un bellissimo giardino con belle piante e giochi per bambini. Le signorine Simona e Concetta ci hanno accolti con professionalità e simpatia. Garbate e attente ad ogni esigenza. Noi abbiamo soggiornato con dei cagnolini e anche loro si sono sentiti a casa (molto importante per chi possiede animali) Spero di tornare di nuovo.

Bellezza, pulizia, ordine, gentilezza. Bella struttura, accogliente con comodo parcheggio interno curato e confortevole. L'appartamento è pulito e curato. La casa grazie al riscaldamento a pavimento che permette al calore di circolare in modo uniforme, resta sempre caldo. La ragazza che ci ha accolte ha spiegato tutto con chiarezza e gentilezza tutto quello che dovevamo sapere. Dovendo tornare, torneremo sicuramente qui.

Il tutto inserito in una struttura efficiente/funzionale ed allo stesso discreta ed indipendente.
