Cancellation conditions (except for non-refundable rates)

The penalty varies depending on the time of cancellation
- from time of booking to 15 days before the check-in date, no penalty is charged;
- from 14 to 5 days before the check-in date, you will be charged a penalty of 50% of the total cost of the booking;
- from 4 to 1 days before the check-in date, you will be charged a penalty of 70% of the total cost of the booking;
- A penalty of 100% of the entire cost of the stay is applied for failure to show or cancellation on day of arrival;

Super B&B. Wir waren zu 12 Personen zu Gast letzte Woche. Super freundliche Gastgeber. Zimmer top zumal jedes Zimmer Klima besitzt. Sauberkeit top. Wir konnten die Rasenanlage benutzen um zu grillen. Gegessen wurde auf der Terrasse in Freien. Gastgeber/in waren immer hilfsbereit. Kann ich nur empfehlen. Top top top.

Structure overall decent, lacks a bench or low cabinet to place the luggage. Otherwise, everything is normal. The room was equipped with a kettle, coffee maker, cutlery, glasses, and cups for breakfast, not bad.

Comfortable accommodation, close to Gualtieri which is my point of interest, availability of sweet or savory breakfast, the landlady was very nice and accommodating, serving me breakfast in the room the night before because I had to leave at dawn. I will gladly return. Thank you.

The structure is definitely nice, tidy, and clean. The room was quite comfortable and spacious. Unfortunately, I had some communication problems with the management: not having received any confirmation email of the booking, I called the B&B directly. Several emails followed for further confirmations which had instilled a bit of uncertainty in me! Unfortunately, we could not have breakfast at the property, even though it was scheduled on the website, due to organizational problems of the management. The welcome was not the best: we arrived as announced by phone, at 6:00 pm, we buzzed several times without an answer. We called three times before getting a response, so we had to wait about half an hour outside the B&B and once checked in, we were handled quite quickly and coldly, without even a suggestion on where to dine in the area. Unexpected events can happen and obviously we would have been more understanding and happy if we had been informed of the possible delay in welcoming us. Having called an hour and a half before our arrival and having provided two phone numbers, a quick call would have been enough to warn us of the delay. In short, it was not pleasant to have to wait outside after a 7-hour journey. The B&B manager had informed us by email that she could not prepare breakfast for us and gave us a discount on the room price: we had been informed in advance by email on this aspect. A tip: it wouldn't have been bad to find an alternative breakfast in the mini fridge, with yogurt or fresh or dried fruit, maybe some cereals and/or packaged croissants or rusks. In any case, we had breakfast in the center with a good erbazzone :) it was an excuse to try something different.

Struttura gradevole fuori dal centro 3 km almeno posta adiacente alla statale, parcheggio privato, camera ampia e pulita cosi come il bagno, colazione da minimo sindacale.

Ottimo Bed & Breakfast appena fuori Guastalla. Anche se abbiamo soggiornato solo una notte ci siamo trovati molto bene. La camera possiede tutto ciò che occorre, pulitissima e accogliente. Per trovare il pelo nell'uovo consiglierei di posizionare un paio di porta-asciugamano vicino al lavandino. Abbiamo avuto la sfortuna di soggiornare durante un'infervorata discussione dei nostri vicini di camera che sono andati avanti per qualche ora distogliendo l'attenzione dal nostro lavoro al PC ma in ogni caso sedata la rissa l'ambiente è tornato pacifico e rilassante.

Buongiorno, ho apprezzato in toto la struttura votando al massimo ogni caratteristica sopra elencata: la pulizia perfetta, la posizione in un contesto aperto e verde della campagna della bassa, la gestione professionale e garbata di Elena, l'attenzione per i dettagli, la classe per l'oggettistica utilizzata, la luminosità degli ambienti, i colori caldi e perfettamente intonati con l'arredamento, una colazione fragrante e abbondante servita in camera, un tocco in più di raffinatezza. Ottimo rapporto fra qualità e prezzo, con la presenza di gestori che fanno sentire a proprio agio chi soggiorna. Cosa dire di più? Augurarmi di tornare al più presto! Grazie di cuore!

Il posto è bellissimo, camera spaziosa, bagno super moderno con tocchi di vintage/country. Colazione in camera, abbondante. Ci ritornerò sicuramente. Complimenti, è il più bel bed and breakfast in cui ho soggiornato.

Struttura molto bella e pulita. Camera quadrupla meravigliosa, posta nel sottotetto, spaziosa e molto funzionale. Colazione strepitosa e abbondante, servita in camera, con torte di loro produzione. La proprietaria è di una gentilezza e di una cordialità magnifiche.
