Accueil extraordinaire. Le propriétaire se coupe en quatre pour aider, conseiller, faire plaisir. Tout confort, beau jardin. La cuisine mise à disposition est bien utile et agréable. La situation de la maison permet d'aller facilement visiter les beaux endroits des Marche. Nous recommandons chaudement.

I stayed here with two friends, we were assigned the Rosa room. We were greeted with warmth, kindness, and generosity by the manager, who really made sure everything was perfect for us. I found the setting beautiful, surrounded by greenery, surrounded by gentle hills, the room very spacious and with a comfortable bathroom. The pool is very nice and well maintained. I had a great time! It gave me a sense of love and peace. We arrived comfortably by car, it's a bit outside the town (I really liked this as a feature) and the room is on the first floor with a private bathroom accessed via an internal staircase in the room leading to a loft.

Everything good, spacious and clean room, very familiar hospitality, stunning panorama, availability of pool and Jacuzzi, while the breakfast selection was a bit limited. Finally, a negative note regarding the signage indicating the B&B... Absolutely absent! While during the day it's manageable... in the total darkness of the evening it's practically impossible to find the dirt road that leads to the structure: just a LED light that activates at sunset would be enough.

We stayed for only one night and we had a great time. Beautiful property with a nice view, with the possibility to use the pool. Excellent breakfast.

La permanenza mia e di mia moglie presso la struttura si è rivelata molto piacevole, sia per la bellezza del posto che per la gentilezza del gestore. Sicuramente, se ripasseremo da quelle parti, avremo modo di ritornarci.

Località rustica ma molto confortevole e sopratutto pulita per non parlare della posizione spettacolo e della disponibilità del proprietario. Adatto a famiglie con bimbi, ottima struttura!

Il gestore ha fatto di tutto per venirci incontro, dalla camera più adatta a bimbi piccoli senza scale, al materasso più morbido per la mia schiena, alla colazione abbondante con frutta a disposizione tutto il giorno. Siamo stati entusiasti dalla sua pazienza e cortesia. È pure venuto a prenderci a Senigallia una sera che la strada era chiusa e senza GPS non riuscivamo a tornare. Posto meraviglioso con piscina per adulti ed anche piscinetta calda idromassaggio per bimbi. Posizione a 5 minuti da autostrada ma lontano dal traffico. a 10 minuti in auto dal mare di Senigallia. Da raccomandare a famiglie ma anche a coppiette!

Meravigliosa e pulitissima struttura. Siamo rimasti completamente affascinati dal posto e dall'accoglienza. Gestore molto disponibile e gentilissimo. Ritorneremo al più presto e sicuramente per molto più tempo. Purtroppo abbiamo trascorso solo due giorni. Consigliatisssimo!

Camera larga e al piano superiore letto per figlio e bagno. Bella anche la vista, ottima struttura, l'ho utilizzata dal rientro del salento con destinazione Milano. Il proprietario è gentilissimo, la piscina bella e pulita. Colazione Buona e cortesia di utilizzare il frigo. Ci torneremo sicuramente! Ho dato 9 alla posizione della struttura perché ha una salita un po ripida da fare, ma la vista colline e mare è stupenda. Soggiornato luglio 2014 ma dimenticata di recensire.

B&B immerso nella campagna marchigiana ma vicinissimo al lungomare di Senigallia e al centro, raggiungibili in 5 minuti di macchina. Struttura signorile e accogliente, pulita e silenziosa. Il proprietario è gentilissimo e disponibile, la colazione ricca con ciambelle e torte fatte in casa. Consigliatissima, ci siamo trovati benissimo. Torneremo sicuramente.

Abbiamo soggiornato una notte rientrando dal Salento. La struttura è molto gradevole in piena campagna, comodamente raggiungibile dall'uscita autostradale. Il gestore è una persona estremamente gentile e disponibile.
