Cancellation conditions (except for non-refundable rates)

You may cancel your booking up to 3 days before the check-in date. In the case of failure to show or late cancellation, the deposit or advance payment will not be refunded

Balance to be paid at check-in
For non-refundable discounted rates, when the facility requires it, the guest must pay in advance as indicated to complete the booking. Payment is not refunded in the event of a cancellation.

For a booking including breakfast, breakfast is served from 4:30 AM to 7:30 AM
Municipal tax of €4.00 per person per night is applicable up to 7 consecutive days maximum. Children aged under 12 do not pay municipal tax
Fresh towels every 3 days
Fresh sheets every 4 days
Rooms are cleaned every 1 days. To allow staff to clean, we recommend leaving the room at 11:30 AM
Final cleaning is included in the price
No meal preparation allowed in rooms
No guests allowed in rooms

Other notes

Arrivals after regular check in are no problem. Guests are given entry codes to use with the electronic keypads at the main door and door of the reception, We leave the room key and a map of the layout of our B&B on the reception desk on the first floor so that guests can settle straight into their rooms on the evening of their arrival in Florence. We will complete the check in procedure the following morning when we arrive at 9.00am.

The host is super nice and the room is bigger than the image on google maps. Of course, the location is just next to the Duomo. Although it is a little noisy, the room is comfortable. The price is affordable.

Propriétaire à l'écoute et à la disposition de ses hôtes. Emplacement idéal pour visiter Florence sans avoir à prendre les transports. Chambre calme et spacieuse avec un espace pour se faire une boisson chaude. Les draps et serviettes de bain sont propres. A recommander.

Struttura posta al centro di Firenze e a pochi passi dal Duomo. Personale più che disponibile, camere pulitissime e confortevoli. La struttura ha una convenzione con un bar nelle vicinanze per la colazione (i cui prodotti sono ottimi). Hanno contribuito a rendere perfetto nostro soggiorno a Firenze.

Ho soggiornato solo per una notte ma ho trovato il B&B molto carino e funzionale (la posizione è ottima in pieno centro storico a due passi dal duomo). Il gestore è stato molto gentile e si è prodigato fino all'ultimo per risolvere un piccolo inconveniente non dovuto a sua colpa. Ho apprezzato molto la disponibilità per cui consiglierei a tutti di soggiornare al B&B Bel Duomo.

Premurosi ed accoglienti i gestori, luogo tranquillo a pochi passi dalla piazza del Duomo e a pochi minuti a piedi dalla stazione FS di Santa Maria Novella. Nella via vi sono poi degli ottimi ristoranti. Io personalmente mi son trovato molto bene e lo consiglio per chi ama la tranquillità di come a casa sua. Grazie per il soggiorno signora Mandy. P. S. Ho messo "non prevista" nella colazione, perché io non ne ho usufruito anche se vi era la possibilità di farsela personalmente in camera con il necessario lasciato dal gestore.
