Description
The B&B is located in the historic center of Pisa in a completely renovated 12th century building just 10 minutes walk from the tower. It offers classic-style rooms with air conditioning, all with private bathroom, complimentary toiletries, hairdryer and safe.

Cuore di Pisa offers free WI-FI connection and a continental breakfast at the time you prefer in the common room or in the cloister-internal garden.

The B&B is 100 meters from a bus stop with links to Pisa Centrale railway station and the airport. It is also possible to arrive by car and park in the adjacent streets by contacting the reception at the time of booking for all the necessary information.

Cancellation conditions (except for non-refundable rates)

You may cancel your booking up to 10 days before the check-in date. In the case of failure to show or late cancellation, you will be charged a penalty of 100% of the total cost of the booking

Payment terms

Balance to be paid at check-in
For non-refundable discounted rates, when the facility requires it, the guest must pay in advance as indicated to complete the booking. Payment is not refunded in the event of a cancellation.

Why are establishments called Bed & Breakfast if there is no breakfasts? Why does the website even mention breakfast? I thought, “oh, the breakfast must be an additional cost”, it did not cross my mind that there was no option at all to have breakfast. I frequent B&Bs for the interaction with the host, but no host after 7. 00 pm and potentially no host before 10. 00 am is in my view not in the spirit of a B&B charging €109 for one night for 1 person. My experience left me feeling I was in a hostel. Disappointing to be told if you want a cell phone plug (not cable) go down the street and purchase one.

Highly recommend this gem of a place. Perfect location near to Pisa Tower and surrounding restaurants. Only 10 min walk to Tower and Station and a great base to discover Tuscany. The B&B was exceptionally clean too. Recommend for a relaxing break with opportunities to explore. Transport is very efficient and cheap. We've been here twice now and will definitely be returning. Thank you Milena for your hospitality.

We had a wonderful time at the cuore di Pisa. Very nice peoble, the gave us usful advice. The room is very nice and clean. Everything you need is there. The breakfast is italian style, very good coffe and croissance. We will defenitely go back to that place, and recomend it to our friends. Ist a 5 star Hotel bed and beakfast. Kind regards Verena.

La camera e bagno, rinnovati, sono molto puliti e freschi. Il letto è abbastanza grande e comodo. La porta della camera si apriva direttamente sull'accogliente giardino, dove ci sono i tavoli per la colazione. B&B Cuore di Pisa è situato a soli 10 minuti a piedi dalla piazza con l'attrazione principale, la Torre di Pisa. Malena è molto gentile e disponibile, grazie mille! Ha anche consigliato diversi ristoranti abbastanza vicini, nello stesso quartiere, ho scelto di mangiare la pizza in pizzeria La Tana. Un'autentica pizza, molto gustosa, non per turisti. Sono stato a Pisa solo durante la notte, ma mi piacerebbe tornare nello stesso B&B Cuore di Pisa quando è possibile. Galia da Stoccolma.

Situata proprio nel Cuore di Pisa, sarete accolti dal suo Staff molto gentile e disponibile. Da qui si ha la possibilità di visitare tutta Pisa a pedi. Se si giunge con la propria auto è possibile essere autorizzati mediante la struttura ad accedere e parcheggiare in ZTL. Se torno a Pisa chiederò qui nuovamente accoglienza. Mia sorella ed io abbiamo soggiornato per 2 notti in questo splendido B&B nel cuore di Pisa, come il nome stesso suggerisce. Posizione più che ottima, vicinissima ai monumenti principali di Pisa, a pochi passi dall'Arno e da Borgo Stretto. Colazione abbondante anche con prodotti freschi e attenzione anche alle intolleranze alimentari. Pulizia impeccabile. I gestori cordiali e disponibili. Dovessi tornare a Pisa sarebbe sicuramente la mia prima scelta.

Mi sono sentita come a casa, Milena è un'ospite incredibilmente affabile e disponibile, il B&B è molto bello e fornitissimo di tutto, anche di informazioni sulla città e cosa vi sia in quel momento da fare. La posizione è centralissima, a due passi da piazza dei Cavalieri. Per una freddolosa come me è stato fondamentale constatare che è ottimamente riscaldato. Lo consiglio vivamente.

La posizione centralissima e l'accoglienza semplice e simpatica, nonché la pulizia e il silenzio (garantito dal cortiletto interno che dà accesso ad alcune delle camere), fanno della struttura un'ottimo punto di appoggio per visitare Pisa. Molto carina l'idea di intitolare una delle camere matrimoniali a Galileo. In centro, ma raggiungibilissima, affaccia su una delle piazzette con chiesa più bella di stile pisano, San Frediano; il fiume Arno a pochi passi, Piazza delle Vettovaglie dietro l'angolo. Un chicchino!
