Francesco was a great host, always very friendly, helpful, uncomplicated, and flexible! He even gave us tips for visiting the city and looked on the internet where we could rent some bikes. The room is pretty, quite big, and clean. Thank you for making our trip to Rome so awesome!

I would highly recommend staying at Appio-Eurialo. Our host Francesco was extremely kind and helpful. The accommodation itself as well as the connection to public transport was very good.

The manager of the facility is very kind and accommodating. The location is good, it is a 5-minute walk from the metro. However, the positive things end here. Here are the negative things: first of all, all the corners of the room, but especially in the bathroom, were black and dirty. The edge of the shower was unsightly. The sheets were yellow and old, the pillows old with the inside clumped at points and points with holes. The towels smelled and the TV was missing. Furthermore, we were 3 and the water heater kept hot water for only 2 people. The third person either waited half an hour for the hot water to recharge or had to wash with cold water. In short, I do not recommend it. I hope the manager implements different improvements. Bye, Daria!

Stay with two children. Room with everything you need. Even though breakfast was not included, the manager left coffee pods, snacks, and juices for the children. Small surprise gift... a stocking from the Befana for the youngest child. Kind and helpful manager. Excellent communication via WhatsApp and email.

Great location, that's why we chose this property, but the sheets on the double bed were not very clean, no TV in the room, no towel rack in the bathroom or in the room, a toilet that could perhaps be used as a bidet as well, but really uncomfortable not having a real bidet! In 3 days no one ever came to even do a quick clean on the floor in the room, nothing! All in all, to stay there for 4 nights and to think of having to use everything just to sleep is not bad!
