Description
The B&B Domus Primavera is the perfect place to stay connected to work or to a moment of relaxation. The idea of the B&B was born from a passion to travel and discover small countries that color the Abruzzo. Simplicity, elegance and tranquility are the characteristics that best express our idea of hospitality. The B&B is located in an elegant villa family, from which it took its name. The property has been recently renovated to provide maximum comfort in a warm and harmonious. In the common room kitchen / living room is served a rich breakfast buffet, while in the rest of the day you can relax with a good book and a drink / tea. The kitchen is available for guests to prepare meals. In addition, the cummon room has a pleasant terrace during the season. The double rooms are equipped with private bathroom, TV, air conditioning and heating for the winter months and wi -fi. The two double / single use have a shared bathroom. The B&B is located in the small town of Scerne Pineto, a town in the province of Teramo bathed by the Adriatic Sea. The central location and close to tourist attractions makes getting around on foot. A few steps away, in fact, there are pebbly beaches, a nature in which to completely relax and where to assoporare the sea breeze with the song of the seagulls. There are also bus stops and the train station to get to the villages in the surrounding area. To combine sport and relaxation there is a bike path that is part of the cycle route that connects the Adriatic Scerne Pineto for a total of 5 km of the coast. The young owners speak English, French and German and will be happy to help you organize your trip and stay

Cancellation conditions (except for non-refundable rates)

You may cancel your booking up to 3 days before the check-in date. In the case of failure to show or late cancellation, you will be charged for one night’s stay

Balance to be paid at check-in
For non-refundable discounted rates, when the facility requires it, the guest must pay in advance as indicated to complete the booking. Payment is not refunded in the event of a cancellation.

Bella esperienza in una struttura in cui ci si sente a proprio agio e curati dai gentili e professionali Enzo e Marina. La posizione è comoda per chi ama visitare le spiagge della costa ed anche per chi vuole visitare l'interno. La spiaggia è comunque raggiungibile a piedi con una passeggiata, ma ancor meglio con le biciclette fornite dalla struttura che è curata e pulita. Ci piacerebbe poter tornare.
