Cancellation conditions (except for non-refundable rates)

The penalty varies depending on the time of cancellation
- from time of booking to 31 days before the check-in date, no penalty is charged;
- from 30 to 15 days before the check-in date, you will be charged a penalty of 30% of the total cost of the booking;
- from 14 to 7 days before the check-in date, you will be charged a penalty of 50% of the total cost of the booking;
- from 6 to 1 days before the check-in date, you will be charged a penalty of 70% of the total cost of the booking;
- A penalty of 100% of the entire cost of the stay is applied for failure to show or cancellation on day of arrival;

Payment terms

Balance to be paid at check-in
For non-refundable discounted rates, when the facility requires it, the guest must pay in advance as indicated to complete the booking. Payment is not refunded in the event of a cancellation.

For a booking including breakfast, breakfast is served from 4:30 AM to 12:00 PM

The apartments were as expected, but one of them had a bad smell. Otherwise, everything was good. We also had the hot water fixed by the host immediately.

The manager was very nice. We were there early in the morning instead of the afternoon, and he offered us another apartment to refresh ourselves. We received good advice for eating, travel advice. The apartment and the patio are very charming.

It is a nice apartment, a bit old and very simple. There is a small kitchen with dishes, but the stove did not work. Centrally located within walking distance to the train station and right in the center. A bit expensive for the standard, but the best option in the village. Would book it again. Also good for groups.

Lamp plug bent and totally dirty. Mosquito nets everywhere torn. Plates, glasses, etc. All very old or dirty. Fridge usable only after own cleaning with good conscience. Cleanliness generally leaves something to be desired. Parking spaces in the courtyard only as long as stocks last! Cannot recommend this accommodation with a clear conscience.

Non è un B&B, ma solo un B. Non è prevista la prima colazione. La stanza è bella e ampia. Il bagno è freddo, per fare la doccia ci vuole coraggio. Non rifanno la camera, vengono solo svuotati i cestini. Non c'è una cassaforte.

The court in which the B&B is located is wonderful. The room we rented as well! It's a shame that there is no (even minimal) breakfast or a cup of coffee.
