Description
Located halfway between the Fai della Paganella village (700m) and the ski slopes (700m), the Hotel Arcobaleno faces the Adige valley in a panoramic position and is surrounded by the breathtaking Paganella mountain summits, a short distance from the local bus stop which, during the winter season, has services that take you right up to the Paganella ski lift facilities with over 50km of ski slopes.

The hotel facilities are of a high standard. You can spend entire days relaxing in the small wellness area with sauna, steam bath, whirlpool (opened only in winter). All the rooms are south facing with sun in the morning and also the evening. The traditional cuisine is directly curated by the owners and offers a choice-menu and a breakfast buffet.

Cancellation conditions (except for non-refundable rates)

You may cancel your booking up to 43 days before the check-in date. In the case of failure to show or late cancellation, the deposit or advance payment will not be refunded

Payment terms

Balance to be paid at check-out
For non-refundable discounted rates, when the facility requires it, the guest must pay in advance as indicated to complete the booking. Payment is not refunded in the event of a cancellation.

Rules of the house

Check-out before 10:00 AM- If you're late you may be charged for an extra night
For a booking including breakfast, breakfast is served from 7:30 AM to 9:00 AM
Municipal tax of €2.00 per person per night is applicable. Children aged under 14 do not pay municipal tax
Fresh towels every 5 days
Fresh sheets every 7 days
Rooms are cleaned every 1 days. To allow staff to clean, we recommend leaving the room at 9:00 AM
Final cleaning is included in the price
Extra room cleaning is available at a cost of €10.00
No meal preparation allowed in rooms
No guests allowed in rooms

Other notes

The credit card guarantee does not require a charge. The hotel reserves the right to verify the validity of the card and to temporarily hold 30% of the amount of the stay until your arrival. A charge will be made in case of cancellation of the reservation in the 42 days before arrival and in the case of Non-Refundable Offer for which the immediate balance is expected. If the card is not valid, the reservation is canceled.

L'hotel si trova a pochi minuti di distanza, in auto o in autobus, dalle piste da sci. Le camere sono spaziose e calde, ma potrebbero essere arredate meglio (forse basterebbe l'aggiunta di qualche quadro) e la colazione ottima. La SPA è a pagamento, ma l'ingresso costa solo 5€, e dopo una giornata passata sugli sci ne vale la pena. Ciò che mi ha colpito maggiormente è stato il cenone di capodanno, è stato davvero tutto perfetto, non si poteva chiedere di più.
