The structure is located at the Corso Garibaldi, one of the main arteries of the city that converges on one side into Piazza Carlo III and the other in Piazza Garibaldi where there is the Central Station where you can take advantage of the services of underground, circumvesuviana, bus (the bus stop is located just below the building where the structure is located) that allow you to easily reach every corner and district of Naples.

In addition, the street where it is located is renowned as one of the main areas for shopping and culinary arts, in fact we find it easy to reach pizzerias-bars-restaurants-banks-pharmacies and all kinds of places, for all needs.

La Mansarda is basically inspired by 3 main themes: tropical, marine and harem. We have tried to make each room unique. All this has been made possible thanks to the characteristics that the structure presents, namely the presence of large skylights that replace the common and simple windows together with the ceiling and the beams entirely made of wood.

La Mansarda is a brand new property, (December 2017) equipped with all the necessary comforts: each room has a private bathroom with courtesy kit-linen-safe-mini fridge, guests have access to the structure through electronic cards that replace the simple keys, which allow access to the main door of the structure and the dedicated room (by activating its electrical system). Finally there is a kitchen and a living room, equipped with TV, sofa and table with chairs to spend relaxing or working days in all serenity and tranquility.

Cancellation conditions (except for non-refundable rates)

You may cancel your booking up to 3 days before the check-in date. In the case of failure to show or late cancellation, you will be charged a penalty of 100% of the total cost of the booking

Payment terms

Balance to be paid at check-in
For non-refundable discounted rates, when the facility requires it, the guest must pay in advance as indicated to complete the booking. Payment is not refunded in the event of a cancellation.

The bed and breakfast was great - the room was comfortable and had everything we needed. It was nice to have a community kitchen to make a meal one of the evenings. The shower was amazing and bed was to die for! The communication with the hosts was awesome and they answered every question we had.

I can highly recommend this place to everyone who wants to get to know not only Napoli but also the mentality of its inhabitants. The hosts are involving themselves in such a strong way that you can only be thankful and happy when you get to know them. They are really lovely and they take care of you in all possible ways: they are finding the perfect activities for you, they are searching the food you prefer most with you, the can organize trips for you, they answer you all possible questions about the city and most impressive they are just asking you whether you are enjoying your time or whether you need any help. I am really thankful for the time I have spend there and the memories I take from my time there. Whenever I would go to Napoli again and I would return exactly there again. So if you are searching a real personal experience you are right there. And don't worry if you cannot speak Italian, they are speaking English and they are creative in communicating (also with hands and feet if nothing also should work), so don't worry and be open for the real Italian spirit.

Ottima location anche se un po fuori mano da metro. Il personale molto gentile. La colazione è super specie le torte fatte in casa. Per girare Napoli consiglio noleggio scooter.

Abbiamo soggiornato in questa ottima struttura per sei notti. La posizione è ottimale sia per raggiungere il centro storico e la stazione centrale a piedi, sia per muoversi con i mezzi. Si tratta di una recentissima ristrutturazione curata nel dettaglio. La zona comune dispone di un salottino e di una cucina attrezzata di tutto. La camera che ci è stata riservata è ampia, dotata di ogni comfort, dal mini frigo alla cassaforte. Il bagno privato offre uno spazio superiore alla media. Ottima la cura dei dettagli: biancheria da letto e da bagno di qualità, l’occorrente per il piccolo bucato quotidiano, la pulizia. A completare il tutto l’ospitalità e la disponibilità dei proprietari, oltre ogni aspettativa. Da quasi vent’anni viaggiamo soggiornando in B&B e questo è da annoverare nella top list. Ci auguriamo di tornare e lo consigliamo vivamente.

Struttura incantevole per modernità, accuratezza nei minimi dettagli e fantasie nell’arredo. Confort paragonabili ad hotel di alta qualità. Staff super simpatico e disponibile. Inoltre la struttura è situata in una posizione strategica: vicinanza alla metro e ai bus. Ritornerò, sicuramente, in questa fantastica struttura in primavera.

Sono stato ospite insieme a mio figlio di questa graziosa struttura pernottando per tre notti. Ubicato a soli 10 minuti dalla stazione Garibaldi, il B&B dispone di tre belle ed accoglienti camere con bagno privato, tv, phon, wifi free funzionante, frigo bar, climatizzazione. Inoltre c'è a disposizione degli ospiti una zona comune soggiorno-cucina dove volendo ti puoi preparare pranzi e cene secondo le tue esigenze. Colazione con ticket presso una delle migliori caffetterie e pasticcerie di tutta Napoli: Bellavita. La loro sfogliatella riccia è un must. I ragazzi che gestiscono il B&B sono di una gentilezza e cortesia disarmante. Quando tornerò a Napoli..so già dove andare.

Cordialità, cortesia, disponibilità e savoir faire sono le caratteristiche del gestore che fin da subito saltano all'occhio. Per quanto riguarda la struttura, pulizia e comodità la fanno da padrone, ottima per passare anche in economia un soggiorno a Napoli.

Ho passato due notti lo scorso weekend nella stanza harem. La struttura è nuovissima, curatissima e accoglientissima. Nonostante sia in una zona centrale di Napoli è un posto silenzioso. Il valore aggiunto sono i proprietari: sono venuti a prendermi dalla stazione al mio arrivo perché era sera. Un gesto che ho apprezzato notevolmente. Ci tornerò.

Alloggiare alla mansarda è stato comodo e molto piacevole! I gestori Eduardo e Christian sono gentili disponibili e hanno pensato a tutto, appena arrivati ci hanno accompagnato ad un parcheggio convenzionato vicinissimo alla casa, comodo e giusti prezzi. L’appartamento si trova in un palazzo antico tradizionale e molto curato, le stanze sono tutte arredate con cura e ognuna a tema (una cosa che ho trovato molto carina e originale) e tutto in legno, come una vera mansarda! i bagni sono privati nella stanza e si ha un’area comunque con cucina e salottino per farsi un tè e perché no scambiare due chiacchiere con un’altro ospite! Abbiamo adorato la mansarda nel suo complesso, ma la gentilezza dei suoi gestori da di certo un incentivo in più a soggiornare da loro, alla prossima.

Ho solo parole di elogio per la struttura e per le persone che lo gestiscono. Noi abbiamo avuto il piacere di conoscere il Sig. Eduardo o meglio, Eduardo perché gli amici si danno del tu e lui, in questo week-and, si è comportato come un amico. Ci ha consigliati in tutto e ogni giorno quando eravamo fuori ci chiamava per sapere come andava, se ci stavamo divertendo o se avevamo bisogno di qualcosa. La struttura è molto carina arredata con cura, pulita, comoda e con tutti i confort che possono servire. Insomma se avete qualche dubbio non esitate a prenotare non ve ne pentirete, io e mia moglie siamo stati davvero felici della scelta.

Uno dei migliori B&B, sia per la posizione in cui è collocato, sia per come é arredato. È bastato entrare ed essere accolto dal grande quadro, molto bello e ben illuminato, situato difronte alla porta di ingresso, che da già un’ottima idea e presenta al meglio un ampio soggiorno. Arredamento moderno e camere a tema, idea molto bella ed originale. Ottima accoglienza da parte dei proprietari, persone corrette, disponibili e davvero squisite.
