For non-refundable discounted rates, when the facility requires it, the guest must pay in advance as indicated to complete the booking. Payment is not refunded in the event of a cancellation.

La stanza era molto grande e luminosa, in quattro persone ci si stava benissimo. Sono stata veramente entusiasta sia della pulizia che la ritengo fondamentale, cosi come la cura della colazione con prodotti tipici del posto, dal dolce al salato di diverse qualità e in abbondanza. Per noi che veniamo dal nord abituati a mangiare tanto pane, ce n'era poco, ma comunque abbiamo gradito tutto il resto. La ciliegina sulla torta è stata la professionalità ma anche la dolcezza della signora Domitilla. Molto preparata culturalmente e attenta a descrivere i prodotti offerti per la colazione. Sicuramente se ho degli amici che desiderano visitare Montalcino consiglierò l'ottimo B&B l'Affaccio. Grazie mille Stefania e famiglia.
