Our B&B is placed at Firenze art and culture location, in an area of great archaeological and architectural merit, in the old city centre nearby Duomo. "B&B De' Biffi" is a period building where echoes of the past blend with modern comfort.

Our guests will be able to enjoy and buy local artisan products, taste the typical local products thanks to the food and wine tours, take in countless cultural events and unique exhibitions, exploring museums and exhibition areas, wander amid the scents and sounds of the area's many gardens.
Close by our guests will find examples of our heritage and various tourist attractions. Remember that just only 170 m away there is the "Duomo". Any football fans can catch their team playing at nearby stadium "Stadio comunale Artemio Franchi di Firenze".

Cancellation conditions (except for non-refundable rates)

You may cancel your booking up to 3 days before the check-in date. In the case of failure to show or late cancellation, you will be charged a penalty of 100% of the total cost of the booking

Payment terms

Balance to be paid at check-in
For non-refundable discounted rates, when the facility requires it, the guest must pay in advance as indicated to complete the booking. Payment is not refunded in the event of a cancellation.

Ubicación excelente, a un paso del Duomo. La habitación cuádruple muy amplia, perfecta, y el anfitrión muy amable. Muy buen desayuno también.

Ho soggiornato presso questa struttura per due notti insieme ad un'amica e ci siamo trovate entrambe benissimo! La stanza era ampia e pulitissima, con una bella e curata estetica, bagno privato e pieno di comfort. La colazione era molto abbondante e puntuale, il personale gentile e il gestore disponibile e simpaticissimo! La struttura si trova in una posizione centrale, da cui è facilmente raggiungibile a piedi qualsiasi punto di massimo interesse. Fortemente raccomandato e sicuramente ci torneremo per la prossima visita!

Bellissima Villa con giardino e parcheggio auto, confortevole, pulita, ubicata a 2 km da tutto ciò che è visitabile di Firenze, posto tranquillissimo con Matteo, gestore, titolare, Proprietario, direttore, una persona fantastica, di una preparazione unica, socievole, disponibile, ti mette a proprio agio e poi ti consiglia su tutto facendo un briefing a tavolino con cartina alla mano su cosa vedere di Firenze e anche d’intorni, con una scaletta ben precisa, ti consiglia dove mangiar bene con rapporto qualità prezzo, suggerisce anche le migliori gelaterie (consiglio PERCHÉ NO dal 1939), ti spiega alcune chicche o aneddoti sulla città e/o sui monumenti, che dire, da fargli fare l’assessore al Turismo, TOP! Consiglio Villa Landucci e Matteo vivamente a tutti.

Camera accogliente e molto pulita, personale gentile e disponibile. Posizione centralissima a due passi dal Duomo. Ci siamo trovati molto bene. Consigliatissima.
