Conditions

Cancellation conditions (except for non-refundable rates)

You may cancel your booking up to 7 days before the check-in date. In the case of failure to show or late cancellation, you will be charged a penalty of 100% of the total cost of the booking

For non-refundable discounted rates, when the facility requires it, the guest must pay in advance as indicated to complete the booking. Payment is not refunded in the event of a cancellation.

Siamo arrivati e non abbiamo trovato nessuno (preciso che il nostro arrivo è stato 45 minuti prima del previsto, ma nella presentazione si indica accoglienza 24/24 ore). Nella prenotazione avevamo la stanza "torre" e ci è stata detto che dovevamo prendere le chiavi della stanza "campo santo" (tutto al telefono). La stanza, al secondo piano, era raggiungibile solo con scale ripide e strette. Arrivati nella stanza (accompagnati a questo punto da una ragazza che non ha saputo neppure indicarci dove fosse il parchimetro - informazione poi recuperata presso l'edicolante a fianco) ci siamo accorti che la stanza era da 2 persone e non da 3 come prenotato; allora ci hanno assegnato una nuova stanza, la Galileo Galilei (fronte strada); è stato impossibile dormire la notte per il rumore e in particolare perché vibrava tutto il letto ad ogni passaggio delle macchine. Buona la pulizia della struttura.

The district is a strategic point that is easy to reach. Located 1 Km from Galileo Galilei Airport and 10 minutes from Pisa Central Station. Very close to the center of Pisa and the Stazione Leopolda. It supports the Giardino Scotta and the Lungarno.
