Bianchi 64 B&B” has just opened in the town of Pisa, totally renovated, with 4 bedrooms on the first floor, with independent entrance.

All rooms with private bathroom (possibility to combine Summerand Autumn bedrooms).

All rooms with Air-conditioned, mosquito nets, mattresses with a quality certificate, safe box and flat-screen TV. Private Bathrooms with wall-hung toilets, bidets, large niche showers, wall-mounted hairdryers, courtesy kit with bubble bath, soap and towels. Free WiFi available throughout the “Bianchi 64 B&B”

“Bianchi 64 B&B” is located in one of the most beautiful areas of Pisa, a residential area that is called Porta in Lucca, along the road leads via Lucca. The area is adjacent to the walls of the historic city center and Piazza dei Miracoli; however, it has no parking problems and it is not area with limited traffic.

Walking distance to: down town (city center), the Lungarni, Piazza deiMiracoli (the B&B station). For those who want to move by public transport, bus station is at a few meters from the B&B. Bus connects the B&B to the train station and the airport within 15mns
The area has a wide range of services: Post Office, Banks, Public Park with games for children, all kind of shops, bars, taverns, restaurants, pharmacy, etc..

The ‘’Bianchi 64 B&B’’ is an ideal starting point to visit (moving by car or by train) many wonders that surround Pisa: Lucca, Livorno, Versilia with Viareggio, Forte dei Marmi, Pietrasanta, Torre del lago Puccini, San Giuliano Terme for its thermal waters, San Piero a Grado, Calci and doing a few miles more Florence, Siena, Volterra, San Miniato and much more..

Conditions

Cancellation conditions (except for non-refundable rates)

The penalty varies depending on the time of cancellation
- from time of booking to 5 days before the check-in date, no penalty is charged;
- from 4 to 1 days before the check-in date, you will be charged a penalty of 70% of the total cost of the booking;
- A penalty of 100% of the entire cost of the stay is applied for failure to show or cancellation on day of arrival;

Payment terms

Balance to be paid at check-out
For non-refundable discounted rates, when the facility requires it, the guest must pay in advance as indicated to complete the booking. Payment is not refunded in the event of a cancellation.

For a booking including breakfast, breakfast is served from 8:00 AM to 10:00 AM
Municipal tax of €1.50 per person per night is applicable up to 5 consecutive days maximum

Extra towel changes, if requested, cost €18.00
Extra sheet changes, if requested, cost €6.00
Rooms are cleaned every 1 days. To allow staff to clean, we recommend leaving the room at 10:30 AM
Final cleaning is included in the price
Extra room cleaning is available at a cost of €15.00
No meal preparation allowed in rooms
No guests allowed in rooms

Pets

Conditions for pets staying in this facility:
- Dogs of small size by prior agreement with the host
- Well-behaved, not aggressive or noisy, kept on a leash, pets may not be left alone at the facility, pets are not allowed in communal spaces
- A daily cost of 10 € is due per pet

Our check- in times are from 15:00 to 21:00.
Small changes to check-in times are subject to confirmation by ownership and have to be requested at the moment of reservation by a message. B&B Bianchi 64 has not reception, so please, you let us known the expected arrival time in advance by a message.
The private parking fee has limited seats and for this reason it is subject to availability.

Struttura in ottima posizione, comoda da raggiungere in auto e vicina al centro storico, con parcheggio privato. Le camere moderne e molto pulite, ottima colazione, Stefania è stata accogliente e disponibile per ogni necessità. Lo consigliamo per un soggiorno a Pisa!

15/10/2021 Ci siamo trovati benissimo, gestori cordiali, gentili e disponibili, camere super pulite e colazione buonissima e super abbondante, parcheggio privato e videosorvegliato, b&b vicinissimo al centro, a piazza dei Miracoli raggiungibile tranquillamente a piedi, non possiamo altro che dire grazie per l'ospitalità e per tutto Alessandro e Stefania sicuramente ci ritorneremo! E' una nuovissima struttura vicinissimo alla Torre di Pisa. I gestori sono stati molto cortesi. Non ho fatto colazione li ho pernottato solo con la possibilità di parcheggio a pagamento. le camere sono molto belle. L'unica nota è che si trova a c. a. 3/4 km dalla stazione/ corso storico/lungarno. Lo consiglio a chi fa toccata e fuga ! posto tranquillo e ambiente super pulito.
