Our guesthouse is located a short distance from the sea ideal for wellness, with generous spa waters and facilities (Terme di Agnano) at Napoli art city, in an area of great history, architecture and culture, in the heart of the city. "Fonseca" is hospitable and comfortable.

You may cancel your booking up to 14 days before the check-in date. In the case of failure to show or late cancellation, you will be charged a penalty of 100% of the total cost of the booking

There is no airconditioner in Pompei apartment, there is only one in the common kitchen of two apartments, which is a touble in July. The building is in serious reconstruction, which makes the property dirty at the moment. Being in a busy area, makes opening the window not an option. The host speaks only Italian, but is a heartful good man and helps in any circumstances. Pasticheria, shops and restauranst nearby are available to have a nice breakfast, coffee, beer or dinner. If yoy are an adventurous person who will only sleep there few hours, it is ok. My family trip needs a little more comfort, however I completely recommend Marco's property, as he is very correct and ready to help.

Il b&b è un gradevole appartamento in condivisione di due stanze. Noi abbiamo preso la Pompei, la più grande, piacevole e luminosa e con bagno privato. La cucina è accogliente e impeccabile. Su qualche piccolo difetto si può passare sopra. Il prezzo è un po' gonfiato ma ciò è dovuto all'inflazione di turismo. Non per niente benché malconcio il palazzo ospita ben quattro strutture ricettive. Ma ci sono i lavori in corso e potrebbe essere riportato all'antico splendore. Situato alla confluenza tra i quartieri di materdei e sanità offre l'accesso a una Napoli verace e genuina, piena di ottimi negozi di prodotti locali. Al tempo stesso il centro è facilmente raggiungibile a piedi e la metro consente di spaziare dal Vomero a via Toledo, da dove si può giungere facilmente al mare e all'elegante quartiere di Chiaia.

Splendida vacanza a Napoli trascorsa con la mia ragazza, dobbiamo ringraziare Marco, il proprietario della struttura che ci ha permesso di venire con il bonus vacanza ed è stato super disponibile per tutte le nostre necessità. Appartamento spazioso e funzionale, vicino al centro, noi andavamo sempre a piedi, buona colazione al bar convenzionato sotto casa (caffè e cornetto 1,50 €) e ottimo parcheggio convenzionato a 5 minuti a piedi. Consigliatissimo!

La struttura si trova in ottima posizione, a 15 minuti a piedi dal porto e vicino al centro della città. Il gestore è davvero una persona squisita, che ci ha accolto davvero bene. Il palazzo è un po' datato, ma come lo sono tutti quelli del quartiere.

Abbiamo soggiornato nella struttura insieme ad un'altra coppia di amici e siamo rimasti molto soddisfatti. Il B&B si trova in zona centrale, a pochi minuti a piedi dalla metro e vicino alle principali attrazioni della città. Da segnalare assolutamente la gentilezza e la disponibilità del gestore. Consigliato.
