Cancellation conditions (except for non-refundable rates)

You may cancel your booking up to 7 days before the check-in date. In the case of failure to show or late cancellation, you will be charged a penalty of 50% of the total cost of the booking

Payment terms

Balance to be paid at check-in
For non-refundable discounted rates, when the facility requires it, the guest must pay in advance as indicated to complete the booking. Payment is not refunded in the event of a cancellation.

Check-out before 10:30 AM- If you're late you may be charged for an extra night
For a booking including breakfast, breakfast is served from 7:30 AM to 10:30 AM
Municipal tax of €6.00 per person per night is applicable up to 10 consecutive days maximum. Children aged under 10 do not pay municipal tax
Fresh towels every 3 days

Rooms cleaning is not provided during the stay
Final cleaning has a mandatory additional cost of 75.00 € per oom/accomodation

Pets

Conditions for pets staying in this facility:

- Well-behaved, not aggressive or noisy, pets may not sleep on beds

The property and furnishings are of a high standard, Davide the host is extremely helpful, sending me names and addresses of the best restaurants and bars to visit, nothing was too much trouble. Train and bus station just a 5-minute walk, and some restaurants and bars a 10-minute walk, 30 minutes by car from the airport which Davide arranged for us. Would highly recommend this property.

Super clean room with a shower you don't won't to get out and a dreamy veranda looking at St. Peters dome. Davide is very hospitable and was waiting for us at the doorstep guiding us to the nearby parking. The flat is one minute walk from the train + bus station, without having any issue with noise, 5 minutes walk to St. Peter and around 30 minutes walk from piazza Venezia.

A stone's throw from San Pietro station, access to buses (trains and taxis) serving Rome is 1 minute walk away, a real comfort for getting around! 5 minutes walk from St. Peter's Square. Availability and kindness of our host, Davide.

Emplacement idéal, proche de tout lieu intéressant... le plus la terrasse qui donne sur le Vatican. Literie excellente. Accueil chaleureux, efficace. San Pietro Panoramic View is a beautiful accommodation, equipped with everything one needs for a stay. Whether it's a sandwich toaster, washing machine, coffee, or laundry detergent tabs, everything was there. The location is top-notch. On one hand, you can reach everything (sights/center) on foot, on the other hand, you are at San Pietro train/bus station in a minute. Here you can easily purchase tickets and then take the bus to the center or Termini station without any issues. There were no disturbances or annoyances from train traffic, the nights were very quiet, and a good night's sleep on perfect mattresses was ensured. Additionally, there are numerous restaurants within a 500m radius, whether for breakfast, lunch, or dinner. The same goes for smaller supermarkets. However, the best service is provided by Davide, the apartment's manager. Whether it's restaurant tips with web links, shuttle service to the airport, or other problem-solving, he was always and immediately 'there' and never left one 'alone'. Thank you very much for this, as it perfectly rounded off the stay. We can only highly recommend the San Pietro Panoramic View apartment at any time! (Stayed in February).

Herzlicher Gastgeber im Herzen Roms unweit des Vatikans. Zug und Bus 100m vom Haus entfernt. Kostenlose Parkplätze direkt vor dem Haus und eine Bewachte Garage 200 m entfernt. Super Lokale um die Ecke. Petersdom in Sichtweite und zu Fuß in 5 min zu erreichen. David ist Super Nett und sehr zuvorkommend und Super Hilfsbereit, ein wirklicher Gastgeber der alles versucht um seinen Gästen den Aufenthalt in Rom so schön wie nur möglich zu gestalten. Rom ja vielleicht die schönste Stadt Europas, war vor vielen Jahren In Rio und ich kann nur sagen dass ich Rom noch deutlich schöner und interessanter empfand und vor allem auch noch viel näher. Schön schöner Rom und dann noch mit so einer Unterkunft bei David. Einfach der Hammer und allen absolut zu empfehlen. Unser Reisezeitraum Anfang 01/2018 war perfekt und ohne die bekannten Touristen Ströme einfach alles in allem Perfekt! Vielen lieben Dank Thomas und Marylin Richter mit Daisyi.

Io e il mio ragazzo abbiamo soggiornato in questo B&b e siano stati davvero bene! Ottima la posizione difronte la stazione e raggiungibile a piedi il centro di Roma! Lo staff eccezionale, Davide proprietario della struttura molto accogliente, educato e alla mano! Sempre disponibile a qualsiasi ora del giorno. Struttura nuovissima e camera stupenda con balconcino a vista sulla cupola di San Pietro! Colazione in camera all'ora che più preferite e brioche prese in una pasticceria accanto alla struttura. Veramente OTTIME! Insomma che dire, è stato tutto perfetto e la prossima volta che torneremo a Roma, sarà questo il nostro alloggio!
