You may cancel your booking up to 7 days before the check-in date. In the case of failure to show or late cancellation, you will be charged a penalty of 100% of the total cost of the booking

Ci ha accolto Manolo, property manager, persona squisita per cortesia e disponibilità. La stanza, all'interno di un appartamento completamente ristrutturato, è molto accogliente e pulitissima. Il bagno nuovo di zecca è dotato di tutto il necessario ed ha un'ampissima doccia. Unica pecca gli spazi ridotti tra i sanitari. Per quanto La Barcaccia non offra la colazione, mette comunque a disposizione degli ospiti uno spazio cucina con frigo, per prepararsi caffè, tè, tisane... Considerando tutto e soprattutto la posizione, 50m da Piazza di Spagna e Via del Corso, il rapporto qualità-prezzo è proporzionato.

Abbiamo soggiornato per una sola notte e ci siamo trovate molto bene. Vicinissimo a Piazza di Spagna, in pieno centro e a pochi metri dalla metro. Manolo è stato davvero molto gentile e disponibile ed è venuto incontro alle nostre esigenze. Grazie!

Ho soggiornato un paio di volte in questa struttura e mi sono trovata benissimo. Personale molto gentile e disponibile, camera pulita e dotata di tutti i comfort. Posizione ottima nel cuore della città, a due passi da Piazza di Spagna.

La struttura è molto ben curata e arredata con gusto, estremamente pulita e si trova in una posizione ottima. L'accoglienza è stata molto gentile, Manolo si è impegnato per risolvere ogni minimo problema e mi ha aiutato a portare i bagagli al secondo piano. Inoltre, aveva organizzato un autista per venirmi a prendere in aeroporto. Sarei felice di tornare a soggiornare qui, poiché la casa è in una posizione eccellente e molto tranquilla.
