This property was a real surprise, positioned in a strategic location for visiting the city, convenient to services but at the same time quiet. The suites are very well-kept and the hospitality of the host is excellent, I recommend it for a stay even just for a few days in the city of Rome.

The room is located in a beautiful historic building a stone's throw from Piazza di Spagna. There is no elevator but Manolo (the host) was very kind and carried our luggage up the stairs. The room has a modern and pleasant decor. Along the street of the property, there are good places to eat and at the end of the street stands a wonderful Basilica just renovated. Recommended, I would go back.

Excellent, worth returning! You can avoid public transport and taxis because everything is close by or with beautiful walks that in this period, without crowds and without heat, are fantastic! Manolo is very helpful, friendly, professional, and super organized.

First of all, a big thank you to Manolo, exceptional host, kind, always available, thorough in giving us all the necessary information. Strategic location in the heart of the shopping streets, surrounded by restaurants and bars. The suite comfortable, spacious, quiet and clean. Although breakfast was not included in the reservation, we were able to use the small kitchen to prepare coffee, tea and infusions... all made available by the structure. Highly recommended, we will return.

Perfectly positioned structure just a few steps from the Spanish Steps. Housed in an ancient building, but perfectly and modernly renovated. Carefully detailed. Even though breakfast is not provided, there is the possibility to have coffee and enjoy a small complimentary treat. We were welcomed by Manolo, a kind and helpful person. If we return to Rome, we will definitely come back here.

Clean structure and located a stone's throw from the Spanish Steps. The manager Manolo is super kind and available for any need. It's not written, but the only negative note is the lack of an elevator, especially when you have luggage.

Viene però concesso agli ospiti la possibilità di farsi un caffè, thé, o utilizzare ciò che viene messo a disposizione. I punteggi bassi non rispecchiano lo standard elevato che già ci contraddistingue nel Tridente di Roma ma terremo conto di ogni opinione. La Direzione

Manolo, the property manager, welcomed us, a delightful person for his kindness and availability. The room, inside a completely renovated apartment, is very cozy and spotless. The brand new bathroom is equipped with everything necessary and has a very spacious shower. The only flaw is the limited space between the fixtures. Although La Barcaccia does not offer breakfast, it still provides guests with a kitchen space with a fridge, to prepare coffee, tea, herbal teas... Considering everything and especially the location, 50m from Piazza di Spagna and Via del Corso, the quality-price ratio is proportionate.

The property is very well maintained and tastefully decorated, extremely clean and in a great location. The welcome was very kind, Manolo made an effort to solve every minor issue and helped me carry the luggage to the second floor. Additionally, he had arranged a driver to pick me up from the airport. I would be happy to come back and stay here, as the house is in an excellent and very quiet location.
