Cancellation conditions (except for non-refundable rates)
You may cancel your booking up to 7 days before the check-in date. In the case of failure to show or late cancellation, you will be charged for one night’s stay
Payment terms
Balance to be paid at check-in
For non-refundable discounted rates, when the facility requires it, the guest must pay in advance as indicated to complete the booking. Payment is not refunded in the event of a cancellation.
Rules of the house
Check-in from 12:00 PM to 7:00 PM
Check-out before 10:00 AM
For a booking including breakfast, breakfast is served from 7:30 AM to 9:30 AM
Municipal tax of €3.00 per person per night is applicable up to 30 consecutive days maximum. Children aged under 1 do not pay municipal tax
Fresh towels every 3 days
Fresh sheets every 3 days
Rooms are cleaned every 1 days. To allow staff to clean, we recommend leaving the room at 10:30 AM
Final cleaning is included in the price
Extra room cleaning is available at a cost of €20.00
No meal preparation allowed in rooms
No guests allowed in rooms
Pets
Conditions for pets staying in this facility:
- pets of small size (short-haired) for short periods by prior agreement with the host
- Well-behaved, not aggressive or noisy, kept on a leash, pets may not sleep on beds, pets may not be left alone at the facility, pets should be with owners at all times, pets are not allowed in communal spaces
- A one-time additional cost of 20 € for final cleaning
Other notes
We also remind you that the BEB DOLCE VITA DOES NOT PROVIDE a luggage storage service but that in the street behind the beb there is a luggage storage called BOLOGNA 4YOU which will be able to meet your needs.
