Cancellation conditions (except for non-refundable rates)

The penalty varies depending on the time of cancellation
- from time of booking to 5 days before the check-in date, no penalty is charged;
- from 4 to 3 days before the check-in date, you will be charged a penalty of 30% of the total cost of the booking;
- from 2 to 1 days before the check-in date, you will be charged a penalty of 50% of the total cost of the booking;
- A penalty of 100% of the entire cost of the stay is applied for failure to show or cancellation on day of arrival;

Balance to be paid at check-in
For non-refundable discounted rates, when the facility requires it, the guest must pay in advance as indicated to complete the booking. Payment is not refunded in the event of a cancellation.

Rooms are cleaned every 6 days. To allow staff to clean, we recommend leaving the room at 9:00 AM

Loved my week at B&B La Plaia. It was the perfect set up for a digital nomad with good wifi, a work station, great a/c and a very comfortable bed. The location was great. A quick 8-minute walk to the train station or bus to any beach. Easy 10-minute walk to the historical district. Very close to a grocery store. The hosts treated me like family and made sure everything was clean and to my liking. They even got me gluten-free breakfast treats. Can’t wait to stay again!

Situé non loin des transports, très belle chambre, très propre, clim, petit déjeuner excellent, propriétaires très accueillants et prêts à rendre service. Séjour agréable beau temps les plages sont situées à 5 mn en bus. Assurément, nous reviendrons.

Everything was perfect except for the background traffic noise that didn't allow us to sleep with the windows open.

Excellent structure, room with comfortable bed and very clean bathroom, in the kitchen also very clean you find everything you need for breakfast and the espresso machine to prepare yourself a good coffee, you also find a microwave oven to heat up your meals. The structure is located in a strategic place, very close to the train and bus station where you can go anywhere. Very close to the historic center, in short, in 5 minutes on foot you are in any beautiful place in Cagliari, no need for a car. Also, within 5 minutes on foot, there is a large supermarket. But the most important thing about this structure is the owners Luciano and Franca who welcome you with a smile on their lips, very kind, very communicative and ready to meet all your needs. I recommend this structure 100%. If I return to Cagliari, it is with them that I will stay.

I stayed with my boyfriend for a week and we had a great time in our apartment. Upon our arrival, there was also a huge tray of Sardinian sweets.
