Description
Our house is a recently renovated XIX century building.

We live on the ground floor, while our B&B is located upstairs (first floor).

It is an independent apartment made of three rooms with a bathroom each, a little kitchen and breakfast room.

If you decide to come, don’t worry about the time you wish to come back to the B&B, as we will give you both the room’s and the main door’s keys as you arrive, so that you can enjoy your freedom.

You will find restaurants, pizzerias, ice-cream shop and bars near our house. If you want to visit the old town of Verona, it is only 3 km away and if you do not want to go by car, you can take a bus that will bring you straight to the town centre (bus stop is just in front of our house).

Balance to be paid at check-in
For non-refundable discounted rates, when the facility requires it, the guest must pay in advance as indicated to complete the booking. Payment is not refunded in the event of a cancellation.

Check-out time must be agreed in advance
For a booking including breakfast, breakfast is served from 8:00 AM to 10:00 AM
Municipal tax of €1.50 per person per night is applicable. Children aged under 10 do not pay municipal tax
Fresh towels every 7 days

Rooms are cleaned every 7 days. To allow staff to clean, we recommend leaving the room at 10:30 AM
Final cleaning is included in the price

La struttura è molto accogliente. La zona è abbastanza tranquilla. In macchina in 10 minuti si è al centro di Verona o proprio davanti il B&B si trova la fermata dell'autobus. I gestori sono una splendida coppia, gentili e premurosi. Tornerei sicuramente.

Bellissima struttura molto vicino alla Fiera, ambiente pulitissimo, caldo e ben arredato. Ottima qualità del sonno. Gestori cordiali e accoglienti. Colazione ottima e variegata. Non è la prima volta che andiamo a Verona in occasione della Fiera Cavalli ma questa sicuramente è la struttura migliore che abbiamo trovato. Grazie di tutto alla coppia di coniugi che gestiscono il b/b in modo inequivocabile. Torneremo.
