Cancellation conditions (except for non-refundable rates)

The penalty varies depending on the time of cancellation
- from time of booking to 15 days before the check-in date, no penalty is charged;
- from 14 to 1 days before the check-in date, you will be charged a penalty of 50% of the total cost of the booking;
- A penalty of 100% of the entire cost of the stay is applied for failure to show or cancellation on day of arrival;

Balance to be paid at check-in
For non-refundable discounted rates, when the facility requires it, the guest must pay in advance as indicated to complete the booking. Payment is not refunded in the event of a cancellation.

For a booking including breakfast, breakfast is served from 8:30 AM to 9:30 AM

Only first linen change is provided
Extra towel changes, if requested, cost €10.00
Extra sheet changes, if requested, cost €10.00
Rooms cleaning is not provided during the stay
Final cleaning has a mandatory additional cost of 15.00 € per oom/accomodation
Extra room cleaning is available at a cost of €15.00

Very cute structure and located 2 minutes from the center. Mrs. Antonella is very kind and really friendly. The only flaw is that the little house was not very clean, which is why I gave it 3 stars. Despite this small inconvenience, I highly recommend it.

I booked 2 apartments, a two-room and a three-room for 2 families of 4 and 5 people respectively. The apartments are very comfortable, equipped with everything needed for a stay and well furnished. The host Antonella is very kind and helpful, always ready to meet guests' requests. Located in the Bette area (Fraz di Chiavenna), it is not too far from the center and is about ten km away (20 minutes by car) from the Sky Express in Campodolcino. Wifi connection is available, but very weak and unstable, so practically unusable for streaming, otherwise very satisfied with my stay, absolutely recommended!

Comfortable, clean and well-maintained apartments, equipped with the necessary for the kitchen and bathroom, in a quiet and easily accessible area. It should be considered that the spaces are a bit tight when the apartments are occupied by 8+4 people. Very nice porch/veranda, usable even for meals if the temperatures allow it. Finally, the kindness and availability of the managers are definitely worth mentioning.

We felt at home. Antonella was fantastic in managing our arrival and departure. The apartment is comfortable and essential, complete with practically everything: dishes, tablecloth and tea towels, towels, hairdryer... In summer, with the sun hitting the window in the living area, it remains a bit warm but it is absolutely bearable. In the sleeping area and in the bathroom instead, there are two small windows up high and it remains much cooler. The city center is reachable on foot in 10 minutes, excellent location to avoid moving the car. Being a residential area, it is very quiet and peaceful, another significant plus. Absolutely worth going back.

Un appartamento carino, pulito, ordinato e ben arredato, soprattutto il bagno sembrava appena ristrutturato e molto bello. Era in piano terra quindi nessuna panorama e la finestra della camera da letto era anche molto piccola. Il gestore era molto disponibile e gentile. Non era lontano dal centro storico di Chiavenna quindi anche la posizione era ok.

Cosa dire, innanzitutto è stato bellissimo essere stati accolti in maniera meravigliosa dalla gentile Sara oltre anche a Marco che ha risposto a tutte le domande da me poste in maniera attenta e precisa. Cosa dire struttura nuovissima e molto confortevole, anche se penso che ci siano alcuni piccoli accorgimenti da migliorare come ad esempio l'installazione di un piccolo condizionatore per poter eliminare quella piccola sensazione di afa che vi era all'interno oltre all'installazione di zanzariere per non far entrare le zanzare. Sicuramente lo consiglio per più di una notte anche perché la struttura è provvista sia di angolo cottura che di lavatrice. direi un ottimo posto dove potersi godere un po' di tranquillità. vicinissimo al centro, 1, 5 km scarso a piedi. Consigliatissimo.
