Description
The apartment "Anna" is set in a cozy attic room for groups and families (110 m²). Covered with wood, with exposed beams and parquet flooring. It is characterized by its brightness.

The sleeping area consists of two bedrooms with double beds. It is possible to increase capacity up to 6 people thanks to the living room couch that turns into double bed. If you need, you can ask for a cot for children up to two years old. The apartment has got also a very big area, shared between living room (where you can find a TV) and a kitchen equipped of dishwasher. Two bathrooms with shower each are present. A washing machine is also available.

The wide terrace could be arranged for breakfasts, lunches and dinners, with an exclusive sight of Mount Baranci.

There is a single private parking lot and a ski rack at the entrance.

The apartment is available after 17: 00 on the day of arrival and must be vacated by 10: 00 on the day of departure.

We ask our guests to bring their own sheets and towels.

Cancellation conditions (except for non-refundable rates)

You may cancel your booking up to 60 days before the check-in date. In the case of failure to show or late cancellation, the deposit or advance payment will not be refunded

Payment terms

Balance to be paid at check-in
For non-refundable discounted rates, when the facility requires it, the guest must pay in advance as indicated to complete the booking. Payment is not refunded in the event of a cancellation.

Très beau, accueillant, petit déjeuner super, le propriétaire est charmant! Seul bémol: pas de vanne thermostatique pour diminuer le chauffage dans la chambre. Parfait pour le reste!

Mansarda molto carina a due passi dal centro di San Candido. Vicinissima alla stazione dei treni e degli autobus. Noleggio bici alla stazione. Accettano cani quindi per noi perfetta avendo 2 cani.

Struttura molto buona per il soggiorno di famiglie e gruppi ed era quello che cercavamo! Grazie per la disponibilità ad accogliere la nostra cagnolina.
