You may cancel your booking up to 7 days before the check-in date. In the case of failure to show or late cancellation, you will be charged a penalty of 50% of the total cost of the booking

What a lovely stay! The owner went above and beyond to make us comfortable, recommended excellent restaurants, and even accommodated us with breakfast for an early morning departure! Charming in every way, lovely and walkable side roads. We hope to return soon.

Stayed for several nights in this absolutely magical and beautiful place. The decoration, the garden full of flowers, a lemon tree, the atmosphere make you feel immediately at home. Everything is well taken care of, impeccably clean. The welcome and service are impeccable.

Villa Berti is a small haven of peace nestled in the countryside at the crossroads of Padua, Treviso, and Venice. The rooms are carefully and tastefully decorated, cleanliness and comfort are exceptional. Barbara is present and ready to help if needed. The breakfast was very rich and diverse. The structure is very beautiful. It has a rustic style, very well-kept and detailed. Clean and cozy. Mrs. Barbara was helpful, kind, and attentive. The homemade pie with homemade jam was greatly appreciated! Great stay!
