We are a family of four and rented two rooms. This is a really clean and functional B&B with a very friendly and helpful owner. Exceeded expectations. Easy walking distance to good restaurants. We would certainly stay here again!

B&B Iris worked out very well for my wife and I because it is accessible by car and very reasonably priced, yet within walking distance to the historic center. It is also in a quiet neighborhood. Our host was terrific.

The B&B was exactly what we were looking for, in easy walking distance to the city center and good restaurants but in a quiet side street and with free parking. The host was lovely, the rooms were clean and well-appointed. The breakfast was ok, consisting mainly of pre-packaged sweets.

We were welcomed very warmly, the area is very quiet despite the proximity of Via Emilia, there are all the comforts needed. We did not have breakfast, as we had to go to the hospital for admission, but coffee was still offered very kindly. The breakfast room has everything, well organized and clean. The library and the collection of vintage Mickey Mouse comics, available to guests, are to be appreciated.

I stayed on Christmas night, the spacious room and the large shower bathroom made me feel at home. The perfect temperature of the double room allowed me to rest in total relaxation. Marco, who welcomed me and prepared breakfast, is an impeccable host: a person who knows how to host in a B&B. Highly recommended, especially if you arrive in Modena by car, near the B&B you can park comfortably. The WiFi is the cherry on top. If there will be an opportunity, I will definitely return to Iris B&B.

Great welcome, the manager has been, since the first phone call, always kind and helpful. The cleaning lady is very nice, too bad for the slightly high tone of voice (in the morning), but very friendly and helpful.

The room is modest, with old furniture. In particular, the shutter doesn't go up because it's too old and the curved wood doesn't make it rise. Therefore, in the room it's necessary to keep the light on. The beds are quite uncomfortable, with old mattresses, although the sheets and towels are clean.

Ottima posizione abbastanza vicina al centro città, e al Policlinico, in una via tranquillissima senza traffico automobilistico passante, con caseggiati bassi. Attigua ad un parcheggio pubblico molto comodo e tranquillo dove si trova sempre posto. Arredata in modo spartano ma essenziale e pratico. Gestore gentilissimo. Vicinissima a piccolo negozio alimentari ed una pizzeria.

Ci siamo fermati a Modena solo per una notte. Il B&B per le nostre necessità si è rivelato perfetto. Il proprietario è stato gentilissimo e ha sempre risposto alle nostre richieste in maniera velocissima. Per chi ha bisogno di alloggiare vicino al policlinico è il posto ideale. Le stanze era grandi e molto silenziose. Connessione Wi-Fi eccellente.

Ho preso una camera per essere vicina il policlinico, proprietario molto gentile e disponibile, la camera molto pulita è dotata di tutti i confort. Non abbiamo usufruito della colazione ma c è anche un angolo colazione fornito di tutto, ci siamo trovati molto bene lo consiglio!

Il B&B IRIS si presenta subito molto pulito, ordinato e accogliente, la zona è tranquilla e ben servita, le camere sono ben riscaldate. Il gestore è molto gentile e disponibile, è venuto incontro alla mie esigenze fin dal momento della prenotazione. Inoltre il prezzo proposto è stato molto onesto. Non ho fatto colazione nella struttura per mie ragioni personali per cui il voto, obbligatorio, si basa sul presupposto che io il servizio sia corretto come tutto il resto. Nel complesso sono rimasta molto soddisfatta.

B&B ottimo. Camera pulita e ordinata. L'host gentilissimo e anche sua moglie. Anche se non abbiamo fatto colazione (nostra scelta) la signora appena arrivati ci ha fatto vedere la stanza dove si faceva colazione (tante cose da mangiare) e ci ha dato la possibilità di prendere qualcosa. Veramente ottimo.

Accoglienza da dieci e lode, il proprietario Marco sembra che lo conoscessi da anni per la disponibilità, cortesia, simpatia e professionalità, le camere sono perfette e curate in ogni dettaglio, riguardo la pulizia sono maniacali sembra che essere passata la polizia scientifica, le colazioni sono abbondanti e Marco mette a disposizione dei clienti il buffet anche durante la giornata per chi ne avesse voglia tutto gratis acqua compresa il frigo è a disposizione dei clienti. Rapporto qualità prezzo eccellente, da preferire.

Sono tornato a Modena dopo molti anni di assenza per via dell'iscrizione di mio figlio all'università Unimore. Per via del festival della filosofia in quel periodo ed essendo molte strutture già al completo ho prenotato (su suggerimento di un conoscente) al Iris B&B. Obiettivamente mi sono fidato perché non conoscevo la struttura, ma era posizionato strategicamente per le mie necessità. Non ho esitato a fare la prenotazione ed oggi mi dico che scelta migliore non poteva essere fatta anche se casuale. Il rapporto con i proprietari e stato da subito a dir poco meraviglioso. Sono tornato dopo due settimana e questa volta non è stato il caso a portarmi al IRIS B&B, bensì la consapevolezza di andare in un luogo pulito, di trattare con gente ospitale, educata, discreta, disponibile, generosa, umana e di livello eccellente, anzi di più. Marco e Barbara hanno la dedizione e la passione per questa attività e lo si vede dal modo con cui si dedicano appunto ai loro ospiti. Si, perché è proprio così, al IRIS B&B sarà come essere a casa. Le camere ampie e confortevoli, la pulizia affidata a Carla è sempre impeccabile, le camere profumano di pulito sempre. La colazione, più che generosa e completa. In poche parole e per esprimere al meglio il concetto, a Modena, a meno che l'IRIS B&B non sia al completo, NON ci saranno altre strutture che mi vedranno alloggiare. Grazie Marco di vero cuore. Non ho dubbi circa il raggiungimento dei massimi risultati che sono certo manterrai nella costanza del tempo. Ma soprattutto non cambiare mai, mi ha colpito molto il lato umano (non comune) che ti contraddistingue. A presto rivederci!

Ho pernottato nel mese di Settembre presso questo B&B. La struttura è nuova con stanze molto spaziose. Marco il proprietario è stato gentilissimo e simpatico. Ha cercato di rendere il nostro soggiorno il più possibile comodo e gradevole. Consigliatissimo!
