Cinque Terre Gateway is located at the historic building Palazzo Calderai, downtown La Spezia, just a short walk from the Central Railway Station, perfect for quick access to the beautiful Cinque Terre and fabulous villages of Portovenere, Lerici and San Terenzo. This jewel of hospitality, unique as location and comfort, is the ideal base point for excursions to best tourist spots in the area. Located at the entrance of the pedestrian zone with cafes, restaurants and quaint shops, our location is ideal for visiting ?downtown La Spezia and the very nice waterfront and harbor, with Marinas and Ferries Terminal.

Our staff is glad to welcome you at our facility. Not only to allow a restful but also to help to make it unique. The advice on the points of interest, where to eat, what to visit are part of our work and our passion.

Conditions

Cancellation conditions (except for non-refundable rates)

You may cancel your booking up to 7 days before the check-in date. In the case of failure to show or late cancellation, you will be charged a penalty of 100% of the total cost of the booking

Payment terms

Balance to be paid at check-in
For non-refundable discounted rates, when the facility requires it, the guest must pay in advance as indicated to complete the booking. Payment is not refunded in the event of a cancellation.

For a booking including breakfast, breakfast is served from 7:00 AM to 11:00 AM
Municipal tax of €2.50 per person per night is applicable up to 5 consecutive days maximum. Children aged under 12 do not pay municipal tax

Other notes

We recommend that you communicate your expected arrival time in advance, especially if arrival is outside normal reception hours. Remember that there is not a reception service available at all hours of the day. Arrival without having contacted us beforehand may result in waiting times that can't be grounds for complaint or refund. All late arrival requests are subject to confirmation. Late Check-in is in no way guaranteed and the Management reserves the right to apply a fee of €75.

Great room, hot shower, clean room, easy to check in and out, easy to find the place, but the air conditioner seems not to work in my room, I need to open the window, but then the mosquitoes bite.

A 1-minute walk from the main pedestrian street and from the Railway Station of La Spezia Central, quiet in a tight angle from the traffic and perfect to quickly reach the beautiful Cinque Terre and other tourist destinations. In the area restaurants, shopping and entertainment. At 900 meters from the Ferry Terminal which connects Portovenere, Cinque Terre, Palmaria Island and Portofino, at 50 meters from stop bus, taxi terminal and pedestrian area. The facility has some private parking slots. Availability is limited and must be requested and confirmed at the reservation. The parking fee varies according to the season. Additional parking options are:
