Above all expectations! Will definitely return here. Owners were super helpful and spoiled us with homemade cakes and amazing baked foods from the Sicilian tradition. Awesome location, couldn’t have asked for anything better from a vacation!

Wir sind ohne große Erwartungen angereist und wurden so positiv überrascht. Am liebsten würde ich in jeder Kategorie 11 Sterne geben. Wir wurden so herzlich empfangen, am herzlichsten unsere kleine 7 Monate alte Tochter, sie wurde jeden Tag bespaßt und rumgetragen (so konnten wir sogar in Ruhe Frühstücken). Das Frühstück war super lecker, abwechslungsreich, mit viel liebe zubereitet und viel zu viel, aber alles was man nicht geschafft hat bekam man als Proviantpaket gepackt. Unsere Wohnung war bestens ausgestattet und sauber. Sie wurde sogar täglich geputzt Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen und haben uns pudelwohl gefühlt.

Very welcoming B&B, the room has everything you need for a comfortable and pleasant stay. The kindness of Mrs. Pina and her husband is the aspect that stands out the most. The breakfast is super abundant, simple products made by them but delicious. We stayed only one night with our little one, who really enjoyed the presence of the hosts. We will definitely come back!

Great property! Clean and located in the center a short distance from the beach. We had a great time, friendly and helpful managers, good and plentiful breakfast, with sweet cakes, savory focaccias and jams prepared by them, seasonal fruit was always available. As it was not possible to eat everything, the remaining food was delivered to us to be consumed on the beach. I recommend it.

I stayed for 3 nights in the Sole room with my husband. Everything was absolutely perfect, very difficult to find accommodation facilities so complete in what they offer! Impeccable cleanliness, in the room and in all the areas of the bed & breakfast; the towels are changed every two days but on the day they are not changed, they are still hung out in the sun on the terrace. You won't find a single hair on the floor or a limescale stain on the sanitary ware, absolutely spotless. The common areas smell clean. Breakfast is almost all homemade by Franco (3 different sweet pastries and 1 savory), fruit, yogurt, fruit juice, and hot drinks. The jam is also homemade. Everything that is not consumed at breakfast is given to you to consume during the day, so maximum attention to waste (as well as water). On the day of departure, it is possible to leave your luggage in the property and use a bathroom with a shower. Extremely kind people, totally at the customer's disposal, always smiling and welcoming. The bed & breakfast's location in the center is very close to the sea. Impossible not to return to Da Pina if you go back to San Vito.

We stayed at the B&B Da Pina from August 10th to 19th, 2021. Everything was perfect: the room, the cleanliness, and the excellent and abundant breakfast. Mr. Franco and Mrs. Pina were very kind and helpful, as well as Mrs. Mariuccia. The location of the B&B is enviable: a stone's throw from the sea and the city center. Highly recommended!

The owners Mr. Franco and Mrs. Pina are very kind and welcoming, Mrs. Mariuccia, in charge of cleaning, performs her work with dedication and attention. The cleanliness is excellent, the breakfast is abundant with homemade pastries, small pizzas, dressed bread, fruit juices, etc. Moreover, everything that Mr. Franco does not consume is put in bags and containers and prepared in a bag for take-away. The structure is located in the center, a few meters from the sea. Excellent value for money.

I review all my votes: very central location, extremely high cleaning attention, breakfast always homemade including bread, a tart, a focaccia and a brioche with orange marmalade or pistachio cream, hot and cold drinks, plus different salty options every day that you can take away as a packed lunch. I also add that all our requests were met according to the baby's needs (under a year) and the family atmosphere makes the stay very pleasant.

Simply excellent. Very clean, centrally located, close to the sea. The welcome from the "sea wolf" Franco and his wife Pina is warm. And if we talk about the breakfasts prepared by the host, (Franco precisely), with cakes, different every morning, brioches, yogurt, pizza, 'pane cunzato,' etc., well, what can I say: if you go to San Vito lo Capo, you will definitely return to 'Da Pina.' Oh, I forgot: the things you can't eat for breakfast, (given the abundance), are prepared for you in a small bag to take to the beach.

La struttura si trova in pieno centro, l ospitalità di Franco e Pina è fantastica, la pulizia fatta da Mariuccia ineccepibile, cosa chiedere di più? Ho dato "solo" 8 alla struttura ed al rapporto qualità/ prezzo solo perché ho avuto modo di confrontare la mia bellissima camera con quella meno bella dei miei amici e quindi ho fatto una media (la mia era da 10!). Quest'anno era la seconda volta che alloggiavo lì, in occasione del Cous Cous Fest ci ero già stata anche nel 2018, e, per non sfatare il detto popolare, spero di ritornarci nel 2020.

Tutta la vita da Pina e Franco! Un B&B così merita davvero! E non solo per la cura, la pulizia e la gentilezza ma soprattutto perché sono due persone squisite! Proprio come le uniche, indimenticabili e infinite colazioni cucinate con vera passione da Franco! Inoltre il B&B si trova in una via circondata da ristoranti tipici e a due passi dal meraviglioso mare cristallino. Grazie davvero per tutto! P. S. la mitica borsa blu (ovviamente sempre piena di delizie) ci farà ricordare quei giorni bellissimi passati a San Vito lo Capo! Fabio, Jenny, Lea e Davide.

Io e la mia famiglia abbiamo soggiornato in questo Bed & Breakfast dal 24 al 29 agosto 2019 e subito ci siamo sentiti a casa. Cordialità, pulizia ed efficienza è quello che abbiamo ricevuto da tutto lo staff. Dal Sig. Franco che ci ha coccolato con le sue fantastiche colazioni in terrazza e con il suo fare affabile e simpatico; la signora Pina, alla quale rivolgiamo i nostri infiniti complimenti per la meticolosità che abbiamo riscontrato negli arredi, semplici ma funzionali, non mancava nulla: dal frigobar già rifornito di acqua minerale, al fono per capelli munito di beccuccio e diffusore, per non parlare della riserva della carta igienica, bicchieri e posatine in plastica per ciascun occupante, condizionatore e ventola a soffitto, tv, cassaforte e terrazzino corredato di stendino e mollette per i panni, tutto perfettamente funzionante e soprattutto tutto perfettamente pulito e profumato grazie all'ottimo impegno della signora Mariuccia, sempre col sorriso sulle labbra. Grazie a tutti per la speciale accoglienza.

Forse il primo B&B nato a S. Vito. Le memorabili colazioni del Sig. Franco con dolci fatti in casa. la gentilezza e la cortesia della Sig. Pina e l'efficenza della signora Mariuccia ti fanno sentire come a casa. Il tutto in pieno centro del paese con tutto quanto a portata i mano.

È difficile dimenticare i giorni di vacanza trascorsi nella soleggiata località di San Vito lo Capo e altrettanto non ricordare con molto piacere il trattamento che il B&B da Pina ci ha riservato. A vedere l'ingresso della struttura si rimane un po' dubbiosi ma aperta la porta e sistemato i bagagli subito capisci quanta attenzione è stata dedicata nei particolari, quanto amore e passione i proprietari dedicano ai loro clienti. Struttura pulitissima e confortevole, (cambio lenzuola e asciugamani tutti i giorni, docce infinite) colazione abbondante e gustosa (attenzione alla linea), l'accoglienza, la disponibilità e la simpatia della signora Pina, del Sig. Franco e della signora Mariuccia hanno reso la nostra vacanza davvero spensierata in una Sicilia bellissima. Consigliata a tutti.

Soggiorno piacevole in occasione del Cuos Cous Fest. Stanza pulita, arredata in modo semplice ma confortevole. Personale gentilissimo è capace di soddisfare ogni richiesta. Colazione abbondante e varia di giorno in giorno, con scelta tra dolce e salato, quello che non si riesce a mangiare viene fatto il sacchettino da portare via. Consigliassimo. Sei stelle.

10 per la colazione non è abbastanza, si deve aggiungere la lode! Grazie a Franco e alle sue colazioni stile cenone di Capodanno, in 5 giorni, non abbiamo speso un euro per il pranzo. La struttura si trova in una traversa della via principale, con tutti i pro che ciò comporta: la bellissima chiesa, i negozi, shopping, locali, ristoranti, bancarelle e tanta gente ma assoluto silenzio appena varcata la porta del B&B. Camera perfetta per tre persone, con angolo cottura che, sempre grazie a Franco, non abbiamo mai utilizzato bagno ampio materassi comodi e pulizia impeccabile tutto a soli 5 min dalla spiaggia. I nostri sono tre 10 e lode!

Posto eccezionale, cortesia dei proprietari indescrivibile, gentilissimi, sempre presenti per ogni esigenza e nonostante la colazione non fosse compresa un giorno la signora Pina ha voluto sorprenderci con una colazione buonissima fatta in casa. Ritorneremo sicuramente nella città di San Vito e soprattutto ci rivolgeremo con fiducia alla signora Pina. Grazie ancora.

I proprietari sono gentili e disponibili. Ambiente molto pulito. Camera spaziosa con anche un angolo cottura. Il bagno ampio è dotato di tutti gli accessori con doccia spaziosa. Colazione molto abbondante, dolce, salato e frutta. Preparata di persona dai proprietari Franco e Pina ogni mattina. Ottimo.

Posizione strategica, centrale ma non troppo e a due passi dal mare. Il sig. Franco che ci ha sistemato in un bilocale graziosissimo dove c'è tutto il necessario per un soggiorno comodo, ci ha accolto molto cortesemente ed è stato disponibilissimo. Prepara una ricca colazione, dolce e salato con sorpresa finale, quello che non riesci a mangiare te lo mette in un sacchetto! La zona è pedonale ma nella parallela c'è un comodo parcheggio. Lo consiglio.

Tutto per come descritto, già al momento della prenotazione il B&B si trova al centro del paese, l accoglienza dei signori Pina e Franco è fantastica. Camere semplici ma tutto curato nei minimi particolari, pulizia impeccabile. Dulcis in fundo, al mattino, l aspettata colazione che dire, deliziosa. L'unica pecca, abbiamo soggiornato pochi giorni. Grazie ancora.

Ho soggiornato in questo splendido B&B con la mia famiglia nel luglio del 2016 sotto consiglio di carissimo amico il quale non si sbaglia mai. Ad accoglierci Franco e Pina, due persone gentili e sempre disponibili, ti mettono subito a tuo agio come se fossi suo ospite. Le camere sono provviste di tutto, in ordine come se fossero camere d'albergo e pulitissime. Essendo goloso il mio punto debole è stato a colazione, Franco ogni mattina aspetta i suoi ospiti nella verandina dove ti preliba dei suoi dolci tutto fatto da lui, frutta fresca, panini, rustici ecc servendoti tutto sempre con il sorriso. La colazione che preparano è davvero esagerata tanto che vorresti mangiare tutto perché squisito tanto che non c'è la fai a finire. Li devo dire che fanno un gesto che da nessuna parte ho visto mai fare, ti preparano il sacchetto di rustici o di qualsiasi altra cosa per fartela portare al mare. Per non parlare della posizione della struttura, in pieno centro ma in una posizione tranquilla, a 5 minuti dal mare e a 30 secondi dalla passeggiata. Non mi dimentico della signora Pina, una signora d'oro, ti tratta come se fossi un parente, sempre gentile e premurosa verso tutti, a noi ci ha spiazzati quando al momento della partenza ci diede un sacchetto con panini per il viaggio. Spero di tornare presto a trovarvi, San Vito oltre ad avere il mare meraviglioso è circondata da persone come voi semplici ma ricchi d'amore.

The heart of the village is Piazza Sanctuary which overlooks the Via Savoia, full of shops and locales, most frequented especially in the evening, a favorite meeting place for shopping and relaxation. In the square can be easily observed from our terrace, concerts and shows are performed, and street performers also perform in the long and hot summer evenings, while in the beach areas young people meet at sunset for happy Happy Hours.
The Sanctuary, whose history is rooted in the legend of San Vito Martire, certainly deserves a visit.
