The Bed and breakfast Casa Anna is definitely one of the best B&Bs I have been to. The house is very beautiful and the room we rented, although a little small, was still very nice, cozy, and clean. The bathroom is also very nice and clean. The room had an outdoor area with a comfortable sofa where we spent many pleasant evenings. The beach is magnificent and about a 10-minute walk from the B&B.\n\nThe owner Marzia is very kind and hospitable.\n\nThe room where breakfast is served is very nice, and the breakfasts are plentiful and very good. In short, a B&B that I highly recommend!

This is a perfect and romantic place to stay. The accommodation is very clean and comfortable, the hosts are fantastic and very friendly. The location is stunningly beautiful, very easy walking distance to an amazing beach. We loved it and would recommend it to all our friends.

Our stay at Casa Anna was great. The place is quiet and beautiful and also Marzia, Jerry and Gisele are very nice, friendly people and always opened to help you. Our room was comfortable with nice furniture and a very beautiful, romantic terrace, which we really enjoyed. The breakfast was also good and different each morning. The beach is 10 minutes walking and till the first restaurant (East Istana, which we also recommended) 30 minutes walking. Renting a car is a good choice for better flexibility. We highly recommend Casa Anna for a beautiful, relaxing holiday. Thanks to Marzia, Jerry and Giselle.

We found Casa Anna because we were looking for a nice place to stay for the day of our arrival. But Casa Anna turned out to be more than just a good choice for a room close to Olbia Airport. The guesthouse with the rooms is very cozy and individual and Anna and Jerry gave us a warm welcome and were very helpful with advice about Sardinia. There is a nice beach within walking distance and the breakfast is big and good. Thank you for your hospitality.

Great stay at Casa Anna! Great welcome, very warm atmosphere. The house is 5 minutes away from a beautiful beach! The breakfast with homemade cakes was very good. The room was very cozy and clean. The owner is very helpful, she can take you to the airport and it's much cheaper than a taxi! In short, we will return to Casa Anna.

We (that is, my husband Rocco and I) can only recommend Casa Anna. Maria and her daughter warmly welcomed us, made a great breakfast, and struck the right balance between warm hospitality and distance. The garden invited us to relax and with the rental car, we could visit the great beaches and sights. The rooms were cleaned every day and the beds regularly made up fresh. It was a great time. The accommodation is simply fantastic. Overall everything is very lovingly and beautifully decorated and furnished. The large garden is beautiful and offers plenty of space, even with the terrace, to enjoy doing nothing and observe the birds and lizards. The hosts are extremely warm and helpful! Marzia prepared a different, rich, delicious breakfast every day. Afterwards, lunch was no longer necessary. The only downside is that the rooms are very noisy. However, I was very lucky with my neighbors. The accommodation is about 10 minutes from the great beach. The nearest village MurtaMaria is about 2km away and the supermarket and restaurants can be easily reached with a walk (attention: road without shade:) ) A refrigerator is available for use, so you don't have to go to MurtaMaria every day. I recommend the accommodation especially to those who want to relax. For excursions, a car is recommended. A totally successful stay! Thank you for everything!

Very beautiful structure, immersed in a well-kept and colorful garden. Marzia is an extraordinary person, nice, helpful, kind, and super welcoming. The beach of Porto Istana is a short walk away. Porto San Paolo, Porto Taverna can be reached in about 10 minutes by car. It's a place to relax.

We stayed 2 days at Casa Anna 2 with Mrs. Marzia. Very kind and welcoming. The structure, furnished very finely in Sardinian style, is very clean and with plenty of linens. Guests have a furnished outdoor space for exclusive use. A few minutes walk from the beautiful Porto Istana. What else to add if not highly recommended. We will gladly return if possible!

Highly recommended, the room and the bathroom, in addition to perfect cleanliness, are carefully designed in every detail and very pleasant, the bathroom is well equipped with plenty of linens. The outdoor space, private, is also pleasant. Breakfast is served by the very kind owner, Mrs. Marzia, in beautiful ceramics and with care, as well as abundant and of quality. On foot, you can reach one of the most beautiful beaches in Sardinia, Istana beach. A dinner at the Pescheria - caught and eaten - is a must.

Beautiful structure, situated in a property rich in plants and with a particular charm. A lovely little road leads to the room with a private patio, evening illuminated by soft lights that enhance its charm. The bathroom is large and comfortable, the shower feels like being in a garden because it overlooks a window where the cork oaks seem to come in. It is not bothersome that the toilet paper is thrown into a separate basket, as it is throughout the area due to the lack of a communal sewer system - however, it does not cause any inconvenience. It is wonderful to feel immersed in nature a stone's throw from the sea, you only hear the sounds of birds and the rustling of vegetation, at night there is an incredible silence. The television is not present and this really allows you to disconnect from everything. The room cleaning is excellent and the breakfast is amazing, Marzia is very good and also prepares local specialties, you cannot expect more from a vacation and the quality/price ratio is excellent. I am a person who travels a lot and has visited many structures, so congratulations and thank you very much for everything.

This is the third time I come to this B&B and I have always had a great time. The structure is very beautiful, well maintained, and with a splendid garden. The rooms are independent, which gives more privacy. Moreover, the homemade breakfast is excellent. I rated the location as 10 because it is really just a stone's throw from the beach. I highly recommend it.

Suitable for people who love tranquility and peace. The house is surrounded by cork trees and many fruit bushes and trees. My wife and I had a great time, the nearby sea is stunning. You can reach it on foot by taking a short walk to Porto Istana.

Mrs. Marzia is a reserved and discreet person who, if requested, gives good advice on how to move around, on which places to visit with priority if you have little time available and where to eat well at a reasonable price. Nature, simplicity, and lots of pampering: the formula for a perfect vacation just steps from a Caribbean beach. Marzia is a volcano of sympathy and sweetness, she fills you with attention and makes you feel really good, she always has a special eye for each of her guests and bends over backwards to please them. We had a great time. A house surrounded by greenery, a short walk to reach a quite crowded beach (for September) but with a beautiful sea, with a bar and the option to choose between renting sunbeds and umbrellas or enjoying the free beach. Marzia (the owner), her daughter, and the cute dachshund were very nice, kind, and easy-going. Just a few small notes, or rather, suggestions: in the bathroom, it would be necessary to replace the old mirror in which you can't see yourself. Even though there are other mirrors, it's in the bathroom that it's important to see oneself. Alternatively, magnifying round mirrors could be installed (for the ladies and their eyebrows), there's a lack of adapter for the hairdryer plug, and, lastly, if not all tenants are particularly respectful of silence, the connecting rooms reduce acoustic intimacy. Honestly, all this is surmountable considering the many positive aspects. A hug and thanks again to Marzia and Consuelo for the week spent with them.

We stayed in August at a structure that resembles the charming stazzi of Gallura. The setting is very romantic, relaxing, and quiet. Beautiful view of the countryside with trees brushing against the room windows. Excellent abundant and varied breakfast served in the elegant veranda. Marzia and her daughter are very kind and helpful for every need. The little dog that warmly welcomed us. We cherish a beautiful memory of the two days spent between the sea and the countryside.

Marzia and Consuelo really make you feel at home, pampering you with their 'special' breakfasts and their willingness to advise and help you in case of need (I punctured a tire). The structure, although a bit difficult to reach (dirt road with potholes), is truly an oasis of peace and silence: meticulously cared for garden and rooms tastefully furnished and truly enviable. I highly recommend staying at Casa Anna!

The B&B, nestled in the greenery with well-furnished rooms, is located in a strategic site very close to the most beautiful beaches in the eastern area of Sardinia (Porto Istana, Porto San Paolo, Punta San Diego, Tavolara, Capo Cosa Cavallo, Lu Impostu, La Cinta, etc.) and is impeccably managed by Marzia (and her daughter). Rich and varied sweet and savory breakfast, carefully prepared in detail as well as its presentation. The owner of the property is always ready to meet customers' requests in a kind manner. Only downside: when you return home, you immediately start to miss the vacation at Casa Anna. I recommend it 100%!

A beautiful house surrounded by the Mediterranean vegetation, just a few minutes walk from Porto Istana beach. The stay was very pleasant, the owner is very kind and extremely helpful, even in case of small mishaps. Breakfast was very abundant.

This B&B is exactly what I was looking for. A quiet place immersed in greenery, relaxing and pleasant. Just a step away from the beach of Porto Istana (beautiful view of the island of Tavolara). The beach is reachable on foot. International atmosphere. Marzia is fantastic and very kind. The breakfast is always different and abundant. Very close to Olbia airport (about 10-15 minutes). I can't wait to return. Thanks to the owners for the welcome and for making us feel at home.

The B&B is immersed in the Mediterranean scrub. The structure is welcoming, well cared for in the details, and Jerry, the manager, is nice, discreet, and very helpful. The breakfast, served in the living room, is abundant and also features typical local products. The sea can be easily reached with a 10-minute walk among olive trees, prickly pears, and fragrant flowers. The beach is beautiful and served by two kiosks with the essentials. For trekking enthusiasts, there is a path that runs along the sea among isolated coves and Tavolara always in front. We will definitely return.
