Our B&B is placed at Venezia art city, in an area of great archaeological and architectural merit, in a location with a spectacular view, in the old city centre nearby Giardini Biennale. "Locanda Sant'Anna" is a building of the past where the magic of history blends with modern amenities.

Our location and the surrounding area offer our guests a chance to stroll and shop in the shopping streets enjoy and buy local artisan products, taste the typical local products thanks to the food and wine tours, catch cultural events and exhibitions, enjoyable long walks in the many gardens and stunning surrounding countryside.
Near our facility you can find several monuments and famous places. Remember that just only 200 m away there is the "Basilica di San Pietro". Any football fans can catch their team playing at nearby stadium "Stadio Pierluigi Penzo Venezia".
