Our B&B is placed at Venezia art city, in an area of great archaeological and architectural merit, in a location with a spectacular view, in the old city centre nearby Giardini Biennale. "Locanda Sant'Anna" is a building of the past where the magic of history blends with modern amenities.

Our location and the surrounding area offer our guests a chance to stroll and shop in the shopping streets enjoy and buy local artisan products, taste the typical local products thanks to the food and wine tours, catch cultural events and exhibitions, enjoyable long walks in the many gardens and stunning surrounding countryside.
Near our facility you can find several monuments and famous places. Remember that just only 200 m away there is the "Basilica di San Pietro". Any football fans can catch their team playing at nearby stadium "Stadio Pierluigi Penzo Venezia".

Our property is the perfect place for families who want to stay in a home from home, for conferences and business travel, for a romantic getaway that makes you feel like a couple again, if you're looking to spend time in untouched nature.

You may cancel your booking up to 4 days before the check-in date. In the case of failure to show or late cancellation, you will be charged for one night’s stay

For non-refundable discounted rates, when the facility requires it, the guest must pay in advance as indicated to complete the booking. Payment is not refunded in the event of a cancellation.

Hotel à recommander pour sa tranquillité, l'amabilité et la disponibilité du propriétaire et du personnel (adorable dame au pt déjeuner). Le propriétaire a été très arrangeant pour nous sortir d'une réservation fantôme, encore un grand merci.

Nothing like what I saw in the photos. The bathroom is too small, the mattresses are hard, everything is old, very old. The room is ugly, there wasn't even a TV. It might be fine for adults, but not for a family like mine with 3 children.

Ottima posizione per visitare sia la Biennale che il Lido in occasione del festival del cinema, le due mete che ci eravamo prefissi. Il titolare è gentilissimo e disponibile per ogni nostra esigenza. Nell'andazzo generale di Venezia non è male, ma basterebbero pochi piccoli investimenti per trasformare questa bella casa in un posto incantevole.

L'Hotel è in una buona posizione, vicina ai giardini della Biennale e in un luogo molto calmo. Come prezzo a Venezia è difficile trovare a meno e il rapporto qualità/prezzo secondo me è buono. La famiglia è molto accogliente e la colazione è addirittura abbondante, non ho capito che cosa si aspettassero coloro che hanno recensito con "scarsa colazione". In conclusione mi sono trovata bene.
