The apartment is located close to the historic center's Maggiore Hospital / Parco Ducale, in the west of the city.

E 'consists of 4 double rooms, two of which have double beds and 2 twin beds, kitchen area and bathroom.

E 'can be the transit car and free parking in front of the apartment, as we are just outside the ZTL.

In 10 minutes with your own transportation or by public transport you can reach the historic center of the city, the airport "G. Verdi" and the train station, which is about 1, 5 km.

The area has plenty of public transport.

The apartment is located about 2 km from the most important monuments and the two city parks. It is located on four floor, no lift.

The decor is simple and functional.

The kitchen is equipped with electric stove, fridge and of course, coffee pots plates etc.

The bathroom has both a shower and bathtub.

Nearby there is a point to hire bicycles as well as restaurants, shops, malls, cinema, historical monuments, internet cafe.

Molto bello l'appartamento con giardino molto ben tenuto in zona tranquilla! Camera tripla con balcone che si affaccia sul giardino. Camera spaziosa, luminosa e funzionale! Letto comodo e morbido! Bagno pulito, ma in comune. Cucina in uso comune con gli altri ospiti, ma spaziosa, attrezzata e molto pulita! Si può preparare da mangiare sempre! Ottimo il prezzo per una camera tripla! Ci tornerò!

Il gestore molto cordiale e disponibile. L'appartamento molto semplice e un po' datato ma pulito. Ovviamente, trattandosi di un affittacamere, la qualità del soggiorno dipende anche dai coinquilini che ti capitano. La posizione è a pochi metri dall'ospedale e un paio di km dal centro. Pochi bar e ristoranti nei pressi dell'appartamento.

Sufficiente, quasi buono. Le piastre elettriche molto lente e la moka caffè inefficiente; abbiamo sprecato tre prove per fare il caffè senza riuscirci. Cambia sta moca!
