Nice studio well furnished and arranged in the heart of the City close to the train station allowing to reach most of the capitals of Veneto and Emilia Romagna. The owners, very kind, were attentive. Only downside some access difficulties in the one-way street due to works by the water agency leading to a temporary traffic diversion.

Excellent for comfort, small completely independent apartment, new and clean, in the center but quiet and peaceful area. The owner very discreet and at the same time caring. For any problem she immediately offers the solution.

Very lovely and dreamy-like structure, where tranquility and peace reign, at first glance it almost seems like a hermitage, but still one feels at home. The owner Samantha is generally very friendly, exquisite, kind, and helpful. I hope to be able to return one day if I have the opportunity. 110% recommend!

I did not stay during this period as the owner sent me a message that the property was occupied for those days. My review refers to my past stay at the Principino that I had not reviewed on that occasion, so I take this opportunity now to give my evaluation. The owner is very kind and attentive to issues that arise in subsequent stay requests. I hope that in the future, if there is an opportunity and if the property is available, I can return because I had a great experience. I highly recommend the Principino.

We stayed in this delightful little apartment a few weeks ago and I apologize for not being able to write a sparkling review immediately due to the enthusiasm transmitted by the owners, especially by the nice and sweet Samantha! Central location, warm and welcoming atmosphere with wooden ceilings and antique furniture (and not the cute but cold modern mass-produced furniture!) made our stay extremely relaxing! Clean and well-kept apartment, super central yet quiet location, as it is in a small, low-traffic street. Very kind owner and available even for last-minute check-in. I absolutely recommend it, when I return to Rovigo I will go to the Principino.

Fantastic B&B, we stayed at Principino me and a friend for 3 days, all rooms clean and fragrant. Windows in every room and quite comfortable bed. We had the check-in at 6 pm but Samantha was very helpful and kind given our early arrival. Very close to the center. Highly recommended. We will definitely come back. Thank you Samantha!

Mrs. Samantha is a fantastic, exquisite, welcoming and very helpful person, to think that for the breakfast the day after my check-in she offered me a piece of chocolate cake prepared by her the day before, a place that I recommend, also for the type of spaces, construction and for the proximity to the center of Rovigo.

I stayed at Principino for just one night as I am walking the Via Romea Germanica. The structure is in a great location, just a few steps from the center and all services. A whole apartment finely furnished, attention to details and impeccable cleanliness: I felt at home! The kitchen is equipped with all the necessary utensils as well as the bathroom. Ideal for long stays as the house is cozy and well furnished. The owner was friendly and kind, we agreed in advance on the check-in and check-out time and she was very helpful. Highly recommended!

Apartment in a quiet area a stone's throw from the center, complete with every comfort: kitchen, TV, air conditioning, and coffee machine. Excellent cleanliness and comfortable bed. Extremely kind and helpful managers, I don't think you can find a better solution in the area. Great value for money.

Warm welcome. Cleaning of the property needs to be reviewed. The cockroach traps should have been placed earlier, they were annoying and noisy, and it is not pleasant to find dead insects in the morning, I believe that this inconvenience is not the norm anyway. A real shame. Very close to the center and convenient for getting around the city and quiet.

Great structure for those who settle for little. The structure is an apartment with a kitchen, a bathroom (with shower), and a bedroom with a double bed.\nI slept very well, at night there was absolute peace. Very comfortable bed. The owner is a very kind and helpful person.\nBreakfast is not provided, but you can cook anything, as there are pots and cutlery available (by the way: the stoves are automatic). Excellent and functional kitchen for both breakfast and meals of the day.\nRecommended (I paid only 30 euros for one night, excellent value for money).

Ottimo! La struttura è molto bella, accogliente e in posizione tranquilla, comoda per arrivare in centro. Molto pulita e ben tenuta, ci si sente subito a casa. La proprietaria è stata gentilissima ed educata, nessun problema di comunicazione sin dalla prenotazione. Se dovessi tornare a Rovigo vorrò sicuramente pernottare al Principino.
