Cancellation conditions (except for non-refundable rates)
You may cancel your booking up to 10 days before the check-in date. In the case of failure to show or late cancellation, the deposit or advance payment will not be refunded

Conditions for pets staying in this facility: - pets of small size by prior agreement with the host - Well-behaved, not aggressive or noisy, pets may not sleep on beds, pets should be with owners at all times - A one-time additional cost of 20 € for final cleaning
The structure is new and well finished, simple but very functional. Mario is a very kind and helpful host, he really made us feel at home. Breakfast is served by him in the large communal room, all homemade sweets are really excellent. The rooms have a private bathroom, air conditioning, and mosquito nets, which is a plus as in the evening it is so cool that just leave a crack of window open to enjoy the air. The excellent location to visit the entire coast from Palinuro to Marina di Camerota, not to mention the fact that the structure is located in a wonderful spot, spectacular panorama. In conclusion, a structure that deserves the highest score.
