The apartment was very nice, with impeccable cleanliness. Nothing was missing, there was really everything you need. Furthermore, the parking spot was in front of the house. The distance from the center was only 1.900 km, practically perfect. Well done.

Really lovely apartment, small but very functional, with double entrance and two small gardens available (my little dog really appreciated it). \nIncredibly convenient if you have a relative at the Clinica Chirurgica Toscana, only 3 minutes away on foot. \nAlso convenient to have a supermarket just across the street. \nWhat can I say! For me, having my mother at the clinic, it was perfect, just a stone's throw from the clinic and a pleasant walk to the center of Arezzo! Silvia's availability was exceptional. \nWhen I return to Arezzo, I already know which accommodation to book. \nThanks for everything. Francesca

Very comfortable apartment, both for those who need to go to the Tuscan Surgical Center, which is only a few hundred meters away, and for those who want to visit the city but stay outside the Limited Traffic Zone. It is no more than a kilometer from the center. Nearby there is a very convenient supermarket. The apartment is equipped with everything you need for cooking, it is quiet and has reserved parking. I went with my little dog and found the garden very convenient, which is accessed directly from both the bedroom and the living room. Recommended for both the nearby clinic and tourism. The managers are very kind.

Studied everything in great detail with great comfort. Allows you to spend one or more nights in a strategic point of the city. The two girls who manage the property are very helpful, also in giving information and some tips if people can't find the way or need some more info to reach locations to visit. The house is also very clean and I felt really comfortable, I felt welcomed and I was really good even just for one night. Thank you, I will definitely come back keeping this little place in mind for my next adventures in Tuscany.
