Cancellation conditions (except for non-refundable rates)

You may cancel your booking up to 255 days before the check-in date. In the case of failure to show or late cancellation, you will be charged a penalty of 100% of the total cost of the booking

Payment terms

Balance to be paid at check-in
For non-refundable discounted rates, when the facility requires it, the guest must pay in advance as indicated to complete the booking. Payment is not refunded in the event of a cancellation.

Rules of the house

Check-in from 4:00 PM to 6:30 PM
Check-out before 8:30 AM- If you're late you may be charged for an extra night
For a booking including breakfast, breakfast is served from 6:00 AM to 9:00 AM
Municipal tax of €1.00 per person per night is applicable up to 10 consecutive days maximum. Children aged under 14 do not pay municipal tax
Fresh towels every 7 days
Fresh sheets every 7 days
Extra towel changes, if requested, cost €30.00
Extra sheet changes, if requested, cost €30.00
Rooms cleaning is not provided during the stay
Final cleaning has a mandatory additional cost of 60.00 € per oom/accomodation
Extra room cleaning is available at a cost of €100.00
Meal preparation allowed in rooms
No guests allowed in rooms

Pets

Conditions for pets staying in this facility:
- pets of any size by prior agreement with the host
- With pet passport, pets may not sleep on beds, pets may not be left alone at the facility
- Garden, pet bed
- A daily cost of 10 € is due per pet with a one-time additional cost of 20 € for final cleaning

Other notes

NON-SMOKERS. Excluded from the price sheets\towels available upon request: €60. Sleeping bags\sheets sacks are prohibited.
To avoid €100 additional cost (besides the mandatory final cleaning), before check-out: dispose of the waste, completely empty the fridge, leave the dishes washed including pots and microwave and oven tray.
Only booked guests allowed. Provide a personal towel for pets.
