You may cancel your booking up to 21 days before the check-in date. In the case of failure to show or late cancellation, you will be charged a penalty of 100% of the total cost of the booking

For non-refundable discounted rates, when the facility requires it, the guest must pay in advance as indicated to complete the booking. Payment is not refunded in the event of a cancellation.

The room was nice, the host was very friendly, something went wrong with the self check-in system but the host was very welcoming and friendly so it was easily fixed for us. The guest house is near the station, a 10-minute walk to the city center. Easily reachable by car.

Location close to the center. Easy and free parking in the structure. Friendly manager. Slight noise disturbance due to the very close railway, which personally did not bother us.

Forum Guest House is a structure near Parma station, with private internal parking; the center is reachable on foot in less than ten minutes. We found the room very nice and equipped with everything necessary, clean, and as an added value the bathroom with a whirlpool. Mr. Luciano proved to be very friendly and helpful both on the services offered and on advice about typical restaurants where to eat. I recommend staying at this property.

Very beautiful room, new, complete with all the comforts and with a shower of astonishing dimensions (suitable for a Turkish bath). Impeccable cleanliness.

We stayed only one night, but we found the room adequate, tidy, modern, and clean. The manager was very helpful, giving us directions on what to see in the city and recommending where to go for dinner. The property is located in a strategic point, ten minutes walk from the center and with a large and very convenient free internal parking. Highly recommended.

I stayed one night at the Forum Guest House Parma. I had a great time. The staff was friendly and helpful, the rooms were very nice and clean, equipped with all the comforts. Excellent breakfast.

Good structure for those staying in Parma for a few days: close to the train station and a stone's throw from the center of Parma. Ottima struttura nelle vicinanze della stazione ferroviaria e dal centro. Personale in reception cordiale, disponibile e pieno di utili consigli. Stanze pulite e con l'aria condizionata, indispensabile in questo periodo. Ci siamo trovati bene e penso che torneremo con piacere.

Bella camera, comoda e pulita, silenziosa anche se vicina alla ferrovia. Posizione comoda al centro città ci si arriva a piedi in 10 minuti. Utilissimo il Parcheggio privato. Gestore gentile e disponibile a dare le informazioni necessarie al soggiorno e alla visita della città.

Meraviglioso! Raramente mi è capitato di trovarmi in un B&B così "completo". La posizione è davvero comodissima, vicina al centro, facilmente raggiungibile e dotato di parcheggio. Al suo interno si presenta pulito e in ordine, il gestori Luciano e Gianluca ci hanno subito accolti in maniera molto gentile illustrandoci la palestra, la sauna e il bagno turco.. tutto a nostra disposizione..! La camera è indubbiamente curata in ogni dettaglio, pulita e in ordine.. Qualsiasi fossero le nostre esigenze abbiamo sempre trovato completa disponibilità e cortesia.. Esperienza da provare!

La struttura è molto nuova e accogliente, il gestore gentilissimo e disponibile per tutto. La camera era calda e pulita. Mi sono trovata benissimo e la cosa che non mi era mai capitata è di trovare in camera al mio rientro un vassoio con the, tisane e cioccolatini.. una vera coccola. Consiglio questa struttura a tutti anche perché il rapporto qualità prezzo è ottimo.

A Parma in solitaria per motivi di studio, ho pernottato in singola per 2 notti in questo B&B, o meglio un wellness center con sauna e palestra ed un numero limitato di camere. Dotato di tutti i confort - ad un prezzo poco più alto di una pensioncina, il proprietario Luciano e i suoi collaboratori sono super gentili e fanno di tutto per far sentire gliospiti a proprio agio. Di fianco alla mia camera una sauna personale e visti i peccati gastronomici che si commettono a Parma, la possibilità si utilizzare l'attrezzatissima palestra gratuitamente è più che apprezzabile. Nonostante sia adiacente alla stazione la zona è tranquilla e si raggiungono i principali punti di interesse in poco più di 10 minuti a piedi. Tornerò sicuramente.

Il gestore è stato molto gentile, la stanza è molto carina e pulita, essendo ancora in fase di ristrutturazione la colazione non era disponibile ma gentilmente ci hanno messo a disposizione in stanza un bollitore con té, caffè e dei biscotti. Essendo vicino alla stazione FS è un po' rumoroso ma comunque la posizione è comoda per chi viaggia in treno e per prendere i mezzi pubblici. Inoltre essendo vicino al centro è comoda per visitare la città.

Grazie della vostra recensione, ci fa molto piacere. Nel mese di ottobre abbiamo terminato le ristrutturazioni e ora il nostro B&B è diventato molto elegante con la nuova zona dedicata alla colazione. La posizione nei pressi della stazione, seppur vicino al transito dei treni, permette ai nostri clienti di raggiungerci facilmente e comodamente, inoltre è comodissima per raggiungere il centro della città.
